I have never in my life had a worse customer experience and Im certain this review will make no difference in your business practices, but Im writing it anyway just to get it off my chest. Im currently TWO WEEKS after our appointment with still no glasses and my child is suffering in school as a result. Ive had no communication from the office/lab regarding status, and getting someone on the phone at any Marietta Eye Clinic is nearly impossible. I have a screenshot from my phone where it took (12) calls into the Marietta location just to get the phone # for the Paulding location (its not on your website BTW). I then placed (26) concurrent phone calls to the Paulding office yesterday and got voicemail each time. How is it possible that no one is ever able to take a phone call from a paying customer???

Wonderful experience, really thought that I was dreaming because I didnt have any problems at all! It was just as Dr. Panda had given me the assurance of a complete recovery and that the office would be calling to check up on me the day after. I had no problems to report, so I was so happy to let everyone know I am truly thankful for my vision and Dr. Panda and all the staff at the Hiram, Ga location. Again thank you for my great experience.

Its been a while since Ive been here but met a wonderful caring doctor, Dr. Michael Do. Hes extremely smart and knows exactly what hes doing. I felt very comfortable with him, as well as his assistants, Crystal and Maida. The girls at the front desk were also very friendly, professional, and helpful. Not good....do not come here unless you want to wait 2 hours just to get lens corrected you already had a exam for!!! Was told to come back if trial pair was not good well it wasnt and there is only one person available to see me and no one i mean no even came over to say anything when it was obvious i had been there going on 2 hours while they attended to one person and my seat is directly in front of the receptionist

I brought my mother here. Sheliese and Cheryl checked us in and greeted us warmly. Samina examined my moms eyes and was so sweet! Gloria, was great too. She helped up schedule a follow up visit. She made us feel like family. They were all so helpful and polite. They made us feel welcome, and you can tell they really care about the patients. I highly recommend this place. Great Job.

Dr. Do and his assistants are very kind, genuine, and thorough! I have lived in Paulding County for 30 years, and have never been treated with so much kindness and sencerity at a professional work place!! Thank you for being so convenient and pleasant!
