Dr. Poteet is very knowledgeable in her craft. She not only completed my eye exam but asked questions about what was going on with my daughter (who was present with me and wears glasses and a patch due to a "lazy eye" condition were working with another doctor to correct). She was genuinely interested in what was going on with our daughter and when I expressed an interest in obtaining a 2nd opinion before progressing down the path of eye surgery on our 5 year old, Dr. Poteet recommended a pediatric opthamologist outside of her practice that she has had personal experience with over the years. That is the kind of customer service and willingness to help another individual that sets this practice apart from the many others Ive patroned in my lifetime. And dont even get me started on just how awesome Jennifer (their optician) is and has been for our family over the last 5 years. She is always willing to go the extra mile to find the answer that is right for our family, bearing in mind our insurance and financial capabilities at that time. All in all this practice puts the customer first, always surpasses our expectations and is now the only place we will go to handle our eye care needs.

We picked Acworth Family Eyecare out of a list of Optometrists close to our home that accepted the Vision insurance my wife was a member of at her work. We both went together and were pleasantly surprised. They were extremely cordial and professional in all aspects of their business. They offered suggestions on frames and lenses that were covered best by our vision insurance and helped us get the best value for our money. We both saw Dr. Poteet and she was extremely professional in both her knowledge about vision but also about a wide array of other health related subjects. I am both diabetic and use a wheelchair and they made every accommodation to deal with my conditions. Well be back and will tell all our friends. Ill also pass some of her suggestions back to my Dr. so we can follow-up on some of the issues we discussed. This is the first time I can ever remember going to an Optometrist and feeling like I really saw a Doctor.

I started taking my son to Dr. Reach earlier this year due to his obvious vision problems. Hearing that your small child cannot see well is never an easy thing for a mother to hear, but Dr. Reach and the staff at Acworth Family Eyecare were very helpful and comforting. They continuously told my son how much better he was going to feel once he got his glasses. They even made sure his glasses were available the next day! Acworth Family Eyecare will continue to be our eye doctors office of choice even though theyre outside my vision insurance network and I pay a higher co-pay. I feel its a small price to pay for my sons happiness and comfort. He loves seeing Dr. Reach!

Dr. Reach and his team are exceptional. From the moment you walk into the office and are greeted by a smile, to the exam, to the choice of the just-right frame, to the finished product, you feel like a valued customer. Everyone of the staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and down-home nice! I feel confident that Im getting the very best care for my eye health. Dr. Reach takes the time to explain the results of tests in terms a layperson can understand. No talking down to a patient here. Plain language is used and appreciated! I really appreciate each and every one of you for the excellent care you give your patients.

Dr. Dylan Reach and his staff have been consistently professional and very friendly for the many years I have been a patient of theirs. I began seeing Dr. Reach when he was in Acworth on Main Street and have followed him to the new Acworth location because of the care I get from him and the staff. He has continued to update his practice with the newest technology in eye care and I leave there knowing I have had a thorough eye exam every time! I would not go any where else and feel the trust I have in him and his staff. Love them!!

Dr Poteet and the staff, specifically Nicki (spelling?) were amazing. After my sons reading in class was noticed by the teacher at the Walker School, she recommended Acworth Family Eyecare. He was diagnosed and they implemented a customized treatment program to improve his eye muscles. After 14 sessions, 2 doctor assessments and an online program, he is a new student and loves to read. I am thrilled with the service and the cost. I recommend them highly and am most appreciative for the great customer service and end results.

I have been going to Acworth Family Eyecare for three years. The doctors and the staff are truely awesome. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by Linda and instantly feel at ease. The Dr. Reach and Dr. Poteet are excellent. When I get my eye exam, I know that my prescription will be accurate. The techs, Jennifer and Nikki are wonderful and very helpful and friendly. Acworth Family Eyecare has the best customer service which make this place great.

My husband, daughter, and I have been going to Acworth Family Eyecare for the past 3 years since I moved to the Acworth area. Dr Reach and staff have always been helpful getting glasses, and recently they have a been a huge help for me transitioning to contact lens.Being fitted for multi-focal contact lens can be a difficult process, but Dr Reach and Jennifer have been a huge help with alot of patience. I highly recommend them for any family eye care needs.

Outstanding eye care facility. Dr. Reach provided a thorough eye exam for my son as well as myself on different dates. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. My son needed glasses for the first time and Jen did an amazing job helping him find the perfect glasses with the perfect fit. She was kind and patient with him despite him being upset about having to wear them. I would highly recommend Acworth Family Eyecare to everyone!

I have been using Dr. Dylan Reach since he began his practice in Acworth, he and his team are awesome. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. I love that they use technology in communication as thats preferable for my needs, but they are also available to talk to you when or if you call and they are prompt in replying either way. I do recommend them to anyone and will continue using them for my eye care needs.

I had never been to Acworth Family Eyecare before, but I read so many good reviews, so I called to schedule an appointment. That same day, Dr. Reach agreed to stay a little longer just to see me. I was taken back quickly and seen super fast! The staff was wonderful, I cant remember all of their names but Jennifer and Niki were super sweet! I definitely recommend them if youre in search for a new doctor! :)
