I have never thought much about eye care, and had been going to another eye vision center for 8 years. I was recommend by someone I work with to visit Pearle Vision center to get new contacts. After my visit I discovered I have AMD- an Macular degeneration eye condition that I never knew I had. I just thought my contacts were bad. Dr. Grosswald and his staff were wonderful, and Dr. Grosswald explain what this condition was and how I can save my sight. I would recommend everyone to consider your sight and how important it is. If I had not went to Pearle Vision center I would have lost my sight in one eye, and never known why...My experience with Pearle was outstanding, I have never been treated like I was # 1, and my sight was the highest concern for them. Please take care of your eyes, and I highly recommend Pearle Vision center as being the # 1 place to go for your eye care!!! Thank all of you!!!! Frances Leonard

As a walk-in with no appointment I was expecting to wait a lot longer for service. Fortunately I had the time to view all of the frame choices prior to my eye exam . . . Vanessa was wonderful. She immediately offered her assistance and when I had chosen my frames, she was able to help me and schedule an eye exam that very moment . . . Dr. Grosswald is a very laid back DO and I felt comfortable in a nice office environment . . . be prepared to watch multiple Crizal commercials if in the waiting room . . . or you can venture into the Childrens waiting room and watch A Bugs Life if waiting to be seen by the eye doctor. I must say that I am pleased with my experience at Pearle Vision and I will go back for service in the future . . . thank you all . . .

My husband and I have recently moved to Atlanta and live in Covington, we chose The Eye Center because of a recommendation from my co-worker. We could not have been more pleased with our appointments. We were greeted as soon as we came in the door, our wait was minimal and the service we received was second to none. The staff was extremely professional as well as knowledgeable. The attention to detail we received from Dr. Healey was stellar. The five star rating my husband and I are giving them is well deserved. We look forward to many years of service from this office.

I changed my name for confidentially of future personal endeavors but I have been a patient there before it was considered the Eye Center. It was Vision Works and Dr.Grisswold was my optometrist. I entered yesterday for a refund and none of the staff spoke and took their time in rendering my money but when someone of a different race enters they offer complimentary service of water or coffee. The staff is prejudice and I will NOT RECOMMEND anyone to do business with them.

Dr. Grosswald has been my eye doctor since I was in middle school (recent college graduate), and continues to be an amazing doctor and teacher. The service at the Eye Center is like no other because each person takes the time to explain the procedures, the costs, and the benefits of both. I have never felt rushed, disrespected or forced to do anything that I didnt feel comfortable doing regarding my vision. If youre looking for a new eye center, give this one a try!

I got an appt the same day I called and was seen as soon as I arrived. I was there for a check up and contacts. Dr. Grosswald found an issue that has been going on for years and corrected it. He recommended a different brand of contact than I had been wearing for a long time. He was right they are so much more comfortable and I have no problems with the fit. The office staff are great and informative. My whole family uses Dr. Grosswald.

I am Extremely Happy after my visit to The Eye Center. Dr. Grosswald and his entire staff are very Professional,Knowledgeable and Patient. My previous visits to other Optometrist has all been dreadful because I have a condition called Keratoconus in both eyes. Dr. Grosswald fitted me with special order contact lenses that has improved my vision Tremendously. If you are looking for an Optometrist, I highly recommend The Eye Center.

I was very presently surprised. The doctor showed me the pictures of my eye scans and gave me so much information about my eyes. He was very informative about everything and really took the time to get my prescription right. I didnt feel rushed like usual. Ive never received that from another optometrist before. Everyone was really nice and professional. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks!

I like that I can make my appointments on a Saturday so that I dont miss work. Dr. Grosswald is always upbeat, friendly, and knows exactly what I like and need with my contacts. We have been going to see Dr. Grosswold for YEARS now, love him! He is great, knows what he is talking about, from a basic check to helping w/ specific eye issues. Its like family. The front end of the house is good too. They lay out all the options based on insurance. They tend to encourage the higher priced options, but are OK with whatever decision you make.

I am currently at another optometrist right now and was informed that i did not have progressive lens or AR. The AR is to relieve the glare from night driving - my biggest complaint. I am extremely upset because i paid close to $1000 for lens and glasses. This was clearly fraud by all involved. I will never patronize this place and have told my friends.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Grosswall for many years. At a young age, our daughter had terrible eyesight. Dr. G. offered innovative solutions that slowed her vision loss. She is now driving! Great staff! You wont find a kinder eye doctor. I have been going here since I was a child and they have always helped me whether it be with glasses, soft lens contacts or even corrective lenses. Dr. Grosswold has always made sure my eyesight is 20/20!
