The entire staff at Norman Smile Center was wonderful and very easy to deal with. They were able to make an appointment within a week of me calling. All the new patient forms are available online, so I was able to get in to the hygienist within minutes of my arrival because the paperwork was already done. The hygienist was friendly and thorough. She recommend several toothpastes and rinses to replace the harsh brands that were damaging my gums. We discussed the merits of different electric toothbrushes and I decided to switch from my current brush to an Oral-b. They sell the Oral-b and replacement brush heads for less than you can buy them on Amazon so I stocked up. Dr. Belknap is definitely one of the best dentists Ive known. She is very careful and communicative, plus you can tell she really enjoys both her job and teeth. She recommended that I have sealant applied to a couple of molars. I agreed since they had been sealed years before but it had worn away. The office made my follow up appointment for just a few days later and I experienced the same pleasant and efficient service on that visit too. There were no issues billing my insurance and they were well aware of what my insurance covered. Im very happy with my experience and plan to use Norman Smile Center and Dr. Belkanp for all my future dental needs!

I took my kids into this office first and they enjoyed it. I wasnt able to get myself in until after the new year which meant that my benefits had undergone some change, though to my knowledge my dental benefits were exactly the same. I asked them to dbl check my coverage and they said I was covered 100% so I came in as a new patient. I felt like the new patient xrays were wildly excessive, but overall liked the service I received...UNTIL they told me that a mistake had been made and that they were considered out of network for my dental benefits. They even admitted it was their oversight, but who did they stick with the large bill? ME! I pointed out that since this was admittedly their oversight, that at the very least they should meet me half way on the bill (which I felt was generous on my part) but they were unwilling to work with me. Their mistake, but somehow Im stuck with the bill...thats just BAD BUSINESS! Be forwarned.

In my vast experience with dentists - Norman Smile center has it all! The staff is extremely courteous, compassionate and experienced. The dentists are all very gentle and offer every comfort. One of the things I really appreciate is the doctors explain everything that you will experience before and while they are working and I appreciate that. I also appreciate that no one seems to be in a hurry or on some sort of deadline. I personally have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen which is RARE in any medical practice. I recently had 4 front teeth capped in the same day and it was as smooth a procedure as was possible. I recommend Norman Smile Center on every level. I will never go anywhere else.

Great place. Best dental experience I have had in Norman, and probably ever. I have already had a tooth extracted, so right now Im just waiting the requisite time before having a dental implant put in. While I cant say have a tooth forcibly removed from my head was my idea of a perfect day, Dr. Wolever and the staff made the visit as pleasant as it could possibly be. They were also great about answering questions and dealing with my concerns the first couple of days after the extraction. I have already recommended Dr. Wolever and the Norman Smile Center to a good deal of my friends, and I plan on doing the same to anyone looking for a dentist in the Norman area

I have been a happy patient of Norman Smile Clinic for 18 years, but had to take a moment to comment after yet another great experience last week. I used to hate going to the dentist as a child, but I actually enjoy going to see Jamie, Kristen and their staff. Jennifer is my hygenist, and she is both gentle and thorough. This describes Jamie and Kristen, too. They have helped me care for my teeth for years, and I couldnt be happier with their caring attitude and postive attitude. Jamie and Kristen must really take care of their employees, because MANY have worked there for years and years !

Top notch staff and excellent service. I never take the time to write reviews, however I have to share the same day service I received from Kristen and her staff. I broke the bond on a permanent retainer that an orthodontist installed. I called on a Friday morning, was in by noon, and the bond is better than the original from the orthodontist. I would have had to wait a week to see orthodontist. Semi-annual teeth cleanings are a breeze. The staff makes scheduling very easy and convenient. Definitely recommend Kristen at Norman Smile Center!

From the moment I walk in the front, Im always greeted with a smile, told have a seat and I will be called in a few minutes. The staff is always out going, making you feel part of the "family". The office and treatment rooms are always clean and sterile. I have had to have some difficult dental work done and have NEVER had any problems after-wards. I have been sent on to a specialist when its been needed. I would recommend this group at Norman Smile Center to anyone that is in need of a dentist.

Everything about the Norman Smile Center is perfect. The employees are all very, very helpful if you have any needs, from being a little cold to help from the front desk! Every appointment Ive had has begun with the staff being on time. Their attitude has been great! The whole office is spotless. The Norman Smile Centers dentists are all board certified, the staff is well-trained, helpful, and friendly, and all of experiences at the Smile Center have been extremely pleasant.

One year ago, I was eating candy...........yes, sticky gooey candy and my beautiful veneer which was on my left front tooth came off! OMG, I was horrified! I had a VERY important first date that very Saturday evening! I called Dr. Belknap and she immediately met me on her day off at her dental office and put my veneer BACK on. She saved the day! BTW, I am still dating this lovely man! THANK YOU DR. B! YOU and your team are the BEST!

I originally would have agreed with the previous comments, after visit #1... unfortunately to date, after visit #4 (MONTHS after first visit), I STILL cant chew on the entire left side of my mouth, the sensitivity in the right side is unbearably worse than before and some of the teeth that didnt even have work keep me distracted with pain, most of the day. I never had these kinds of pain in my teeth before...!
