For my first time trying a new dentist is wasnt a pleasant experience.I originally chose this dental office because a customer said the dentist where experienced and of course I read the reviews online to verify. I didnt actually get a chance to see the Dr. after be here over 40 minutes. Partially my fault because my health insurance card was in my purse when it was stolen. I did know some of the information and I was trying to get my secondary insurance company information when I was told I would have to reschedule. I actually took off of work for this appointment so I lost time and money. Any other dentist Ive been too have had no problem finding my insurance policy number but the lady at front desk could care less if I actually got chance to get everything done today. And its her job to look up and verify those things but I guess she just didnt have the time to do so today.(even though it was no else actually needing help and the phones were quite silent) Will definitely take my business elsewhere and tell everyone whos looking for a new dentist go somewhere else as well!

Dr. Williams and staff are some of the very best. He has found several real issues that my teeth had, came up with state-of-the-art treatment for them, and corrected mistakes made my my previous dentist. He uses technology and his decades of skill to accurately FIND problems the first time. His staff is super professional, friendly, and willing to do what it takes to get things RIGHT. I could not be happier with their service. From the front office that is very, very good at scheduling, not wasting my time by making me wait to get into the actual appointment (the most Ive waited is 10 minutes!) to the clinical end, to the very upfront estimates and payment system, they ARE they best!

Stephanie, Sharmin & Dr Spurgeon have been awesome to work with! I have been coming to their office for 10+ years and always been comfortable and well cared for. With extensive work done, they have great attention to detail and do not compromise this. My smile gets daily compliments and I never used to smile "with teeth". They have seen me cry, laugh & squirm. Their care, kindness & patience has allowed me the willingness to get back in that chair. Ive been a patient of Dr. Spurgeons for about 5 yrs. My first appointment was when I broke one of my front teeth, Looking like a hockey player that had taken a swift blow to the kisser - I called in a panic! His front office staff didnt hesitate to help me. They made room for me on their schedule that very same day! I can honestly say that Ive never had a disappointing visit. Rooms are always clean and organized. His staff are always friendly, professional, gentle & never pushy.

This place charges for everything..... I have spent quite a bit of money there and still they treat you like you are a nothing to them.. You are a large dollar sign not a patient. If you want to be treated this way then by all means this is your facility, but I expected to be treated more like a person than a walking dollar sign. Horrible is all I have to say, and it was so bad that I wish people would stop attending this dentist and they would have to shut down!!!!!!

I have been going here for the past 9 months to have my teeth straightened with invisalign. Every visit has been wonderful and professional. I have always been taken back right away after checking in. Staff have always been friendly. My insurance paid for some of my invisalign and what it didnt pay for, smile solutions is letting me make payments on. I am very satisfied with my choice to use smile solutions for my dental care and will continue to do so.

Smile Solutions is awesome. Ive been going here for almost two years now for my dental work and Invisalign treatment and aside from the quality dental work from Dr. Williams the best thing about this place is the customer service. The staff here is just amazing and Ive enjoyed every visit. Some reviews complain about extra costs or procedures, this has not been our experience. It is our impression that for first time visitors it might be more than other dentists, but that is simply because they have to fix any problems not addressed by previous dentists. Once you are a regular patient there are less costs down the line because the small problems have been treated before they become big ones. The way it should be.

I became a Smile Solutions client after my tenured dentist retired. I have gotten accustomed to the practice and newer technology employed by the next generation. Treatment surroundings are perfect and the staff have great personalities. Dr. Brett Leemaster has really grown into his practice and does excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

Best dentist Ive ever been to. They were polite and treated me with respect. I never felt rushed or like they didnt care. They made my root canal a tolerable and even enjoyable experience. I didnt feel any pain until the next day and even that wasnt that bad. Will definitely Go there again. I dont have insurance but its worth the money to go to smile solutions.

I honestly love smile solutions! Every time I go in there they are so sweet and really care about me and my life. I am a college student so money is tight and they really understand that and work with me on costs that can be put off or avoided, and they will NEVER overcharge. Love these amazing people, I will be getting my teeth cleaned here for a long time!

I have finally found a dentist that really cares. He makes sure that it is just perfect. Or he returns the crown, until it is. The staff including everyone seems to care that U r there. They are professional, but not stuffy. The only down side for me has been. I wish I would have found this practice 40 plus years ago. Thank U Smile Solutions in Norman!!

I love Smile Solutions. Dr. Leemaster has been a wonderful dentist, and his staff is always so kind and friendly. I actually enjoy visiting them every six months for cleanings. They take the time to go over costs and procedures with me, so there arent any surprises, and I can make informed decisions about treatment and insurance. I highly recommend them!

BEST DENTAL OFFICE YOU WILL EVER FIND! My family and I have been seeing Dr. Spurgeon for years. When we moved to Texas I was so disappointed in the care I received that now we drive back to Oklahoma for our dental work. Sounds crazy but our teeth are so important to our overall health that I cannot imagine entrusting my family to anyone else.
