Absolutely the worst dentist ive ever been to... and ive been to Aspen Dental.. Right out of the gate i asked them to only quote me "necessary work" to be done, i.e. - fillings absolutely needed. I had zero gap in care as i was switching from Aspen at the time and was seen there regularly and was up to date on my care. After initial consultation and exam i was told there was well over $3,000 worth of work that "needed" to be done. They wanted to replace pretty much every filling in my mouth, including those that had been done within the past 3 years. I explained to them that half the fillings were either new/recent or relatively new/recent and i didnt know why they would tell me i needed to replace them all when Aspen never said anything. So, basically, they were trying to milk me for money IMO. Im guessing they wanted to see if they could take advantage of me. Some of what they said made some sense, such as replacing the oldest silver fillings and also the crown. So i decided to start a process of knocking them out in a particular order. Each time i went into their office they tried to bill me for something they didnt do or i didnt want/rejected. And i had to pull teeth to get them to remove it from the bill, and even then they would act like they were doing me a favor. Multiple times i had to have them adjust something because they made a mistake. One example was charging me for an exam that is supposed to be free under my insurance plan. Another example was part of the "last straw" bill where they tried to charge me for fluoride even though i adamantly objected to it every time i went. Speaking of final bill (and final reason i decided to bail and leave this review)... they provided an estimate to me for a certain amount of money based on my plan. I have delta dental so there are no surprises or weird nuances to my plan. Delta has 3 plans and theyre the same for everyone no matter what. Lifetime is a Delta Premier provider. Meaning that they should be well aware of this information and well-versed in providing accurate estimates since the information is consistent across the board. On my final visit they did 3 fillings and a cleaning, asked if i wanted fluoride (which i promptly rejected), and then i went to the desk afterwards to pay for the services in full (my portion after insurance), and went about my business. A week later i get a bill in the mail for around $200. It was an overly complicated bill that took me quite awhile to decipher their methods. Once i did i realized that a few things were occuring... they were charging me for fluoride (which isnt covered under Delta and which i have a personal objection to in the first place) and they were charging me double for the fillings. I figured out why they were charging double and i called them to discuss and get the matter fixed since they had very clearly quoted me half the price and only asked for that amount at the time of service. Turns out...they misquoted because they didnt take the time to verify information which is very clearly provided to them by Delta (which Lifetime later confirmed to Delta directly after i contacted Delta and asked them to review Lifetime for their actions and billing practices and Lifetime openly admitted that they were well aware of how to use Deltas system and how their processes work and all of that). Regardless, not my problem. They made the mistake and now they wanted to come after me for it. Which, normally wouldnt be a problem for me to just pay the difference. But since this had now become a consistent problem with them, in conjunction with the fact that their little office minions are extremely snobby, IMO, i just wasnt going to roll over and let it go. Oh wait, theres more before i go on... The reason they misquoted, in part, is because they chose to put composite fillings on my rear teeth instead of silver...which delta covers at a different percentage (by half - 70% for silver and 35% for composite with a premier). Im out of characters..but you can see a picture of how bad they are by now.

Growing up, I had some pretty scary dentists. One once told me if I didnt keep my mouth open, he was sending me home, because he didnt have time for me to keep closing my mouth. (I was 16 and getting my first cavity fixed, with a shot that looked like the size of the Eiffel tower!) This was the start of a fear for the dentist. Since coming to Dr. Krytek, I no longer have any fear of getting a cavity fixed. She is gentle and takes her time and there is no pain involved at all with Novocain injections. Not only can I go to the dentist and have an enjoyable experience, but I am able to have my 4 kids, ages 4-12, go to the dentist without any reservations. They gave my daughter a blanket when she was cold, and they have massage chairs to relax in while you get your teeth cleaned! Another awesome perk, customer appreciation parties! My children and I have such a fun time. (swimming the last few parties) If your looking for friendly staff, and a great dentist, then come see Dr Krystek. Dr. Krystek and her staff are truly AMAZING, and are very good at what they do! Thank You Dr.Krystek and staff. Christy Jones

I work for Dr. Krystek and I love her as my boss and my dentist. I have recruited many family members to be patients of Dr. Krystek and her care is second to none. My nieces love her because she is thorough and gentle (they didnt bat an eye at the novocaine shot). My mom loves her because of the technology and early detection of future problems (the earlier the detection, the less invasive the fix, the smaller the bill). My fiance loves her because he can watch his sports show on Netflix while he gets his work done. I am so happy that I found a job I love and in turn many family and friends have found a dentist they love!

Our family has appreciated Lifetime Dentistry for years. I value research and organizations that keep up with the most recent practices and technology. Each time we have a six-month visit, I notice something new that serves as evidence of contemporary service. Dr. Krystek and her staff are always warm, kind and compassionate. They value their patients and provide quality care that far exceeds the status quo. My children, ages 19, 14, 9, & 7 have received dental care for a majority of their lives at Lifetime Dentistry. We feel so fortunate to have a dentist we thoroughly trust.

I LOVE coming here! The staff is amazing, always seem to remember you even when you only come in every 6 months. They are amazing with my kids, so very patient with the littles who arent quite sure about strangers wanting them to open up :) plus their staff takes your child to the lobby while the parent is in the chair with the dental assistant/dentist and plays with them so you dont have to worry about what they are getting in to. Only good things to say :)

My husband and I have received excellent patient care from Dr. Holly and her staff. Their top priority is their patient, and this is apparent in everything from making the initial appointment to receiving treatment. It always amazes me that the staff knows us by name when we walk in the door! We are extremely happy with Lifetime Dentistry and thankful to have found such a great staff!
