We have taken our dogs and cat to Enchanted Oaks Animal Hospital for the past 18 years and what has impressed us is the true caring of the animals when taken in for their annual check up or for boarding services. Dr. McCall was instrumental saving my sons pitbull life when we took her in for the summer because my son couldnt keep Rory at the place he was staying for summer school because the weight limit to keep a pet had to be under 20 pounds. Rory was diagnosed with heart worms and for her age, she was past the normal period to detect these parasites. There was one procedure Dr. McCall told us but it wouldnt be a guarantee that the worms would be caught and also would be a costly procedure. I never hesitated with my decision as I knew how much this dog meant to my son while he was attending university. The procedure worked as Rory is worm free today; unfortunately, we lost our son in a traffic accident in 2009 but my wife and I have Rory in our home today as she has been a blessing to us as we always think of our son when we see her. If it were not for Enchanted Oaks and its caring staff, Rory would not be with us today. The entire staff @ Enchanted Oaks always makes a big deal when Rory and our cat, Boots, comes into the clinic. If youre looking for a facility that cares about animals, you have found it with Enchanted Oaks Animal Hospital.

Dont trust the reviews. They receive one bad review 4 months ago and suddenly 10 5 star reviews pop up at the same time. I myself went here based on the review rating from Google Maps - and IMO theyre not a good vet. It was my first time visiting. Took our cat in to have his stomach checked out. We had an appointment - sat in the waiting room for about 25 minutes before we got placed in a room. We ended up sitting in the room for another 15 minutes before someone came in. Then we waited forever to see the Doc. After the doc left, they had to do some test on his feces - I expected it to take a while but not almost an hour. We sat in the room for so long and no one came in to update us on what was going on throughout that time. From my interpretation of what the doctor said, nothing appeared to be out of balance however we were prescribed two prescriptions anyways. All in all, our trip was over 2 hours long. Cant recommend this place.

I was driving and had my guinea pig with me. I just pulled in and went inside. I asked if they could look at my pet. The woman working the front desk said they had closed 20 mins. ago. She asked if I needed an appointment. I told her I have a old guinea pig. Seven years old he has a sore and its bleeding and I started crying. I told her I was afraid he might die. She asked me if my guinea pig was with me. I said yes. She took my guinea pig and brought me to a room. Where they looked at him. Told me he had a tumor and they can remove it for 140.00 dallors. Which to me is cheap! Plus They Cleaned And Shaved Around The Tumor And Clipped His Nails And Gave Me antibiotics. And only charged me 75.00 that visit. Which I thought was a deal. They are not in it for the money. They really care about the animals. Im thankful for Enchanted Oaks Animal hospital. I love these people. They helped me and my precious guinea pig.

I was referred to EOAH by my Vet. when our neighborhood shop cat was fatally wounded in a hit and run car accident in front of my shop. The poor cat looked to be about 1 yr. old and was horribly suffering when we raced into the office just 3 minutes before closing. The doctor & staff at EOAH were incredibly efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable, quick and considerate. The immense devotion to their jobs was clear to me, they were truly wonderful!! I have since changed all of my pets to this office for the care & maintenance of my 4 legged family members. They deserve the best and that is what EOAH is!! I am completely satisfied and recommend you try this facility, I think you will be happy I know I am!

I have been coming to Enchanted Oaks Animal Hospital for approximately 7 years. Both the staff and the Veterinarians are excellent. They have been wonderful with caring for my fur babies. They are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate; my Sam-Sam passed away as did my outdoor stray, White Socks, and they were very patient and understanding, as well as gentle with both. They take care of my Tinkerbelle Rachelle like she was their own; I will never take my pet(s) anywhere else and refer whenever possible. Id give 10 stars if it was an option.

My sweet dog was diagnosed with cancer at this vet. I definitely went through all stages of grief (I probably lingered in the denial stage a bit) I was everything from scared to angry and the vets and staff were amazing both at dealing with me and my little girl. At some point during her care I interacted with all three vets practicing here and they all impressed me. The staff at the desk were gracious, kind, and professional. The nurses were caring and skilled. I couldnt give them a better review.

Enchanted Oaks Animal Hospital has been caring for my familys pets for over 20 years. They have always been so caring and compassionate to all the animals that walk into their doors. The receptionists know every pet by name and are always happy to see them. Through every crisis and every one of my ever changing and growing list of furry children, they have been there to help. They are hands down the best Veterinary Clinic I have ever experienced and I recommend them highly!!

Weve been coming here for over 7 years!! Even though the front staff and nurses have changed, the friendly atmosphere and quality of service hasnt. It never smells like a veterinarians hospital in there. Very clean inside and outside. All doctors are very professional and courteous. They will take their time to answer and explain any questions and concerns you may have. Theyve never kept me waiting an unusual long period of time even when theyve penciled us in.

EOAH has been our family vet for over a decade. They have seen our pug for routine checkups and emergency situations as well as provided her with maintenance prescriptions. (*In some cases, medicine pricing is more affordable from other vendors.) When our Pugsly needed surgery, EOAH shared health records with the specialty animal hospital to ensure that their vets were well informed about her history. The staff is friendly and they are local. :)

After my wife and I had been taking our dog to another vet for about a year, I was tired of it smelling like a "dog pound". We always new about Enchanted Oaks, but just never made the decision until a couple of years ago. Im glad we did. Enchanted Oaks is a VERY clean animal hospital and the staff there is very friendly. We have never had any issues from E.O. and will continue to take our beloved dog there for future care!
