The office staff is very friendly and the office is beautiful but I feel like you should also like your dentist and we didnt. He was arrogant and spent a good portion of his time with us talking about how great he thinks he is, pushing us to write a review for him online and tell everyone how great WE think he is, (no) and pressuring us into invisalign for everyone. I know enough about orthodontics to know that my 12 year old son is NOT a good candidate for that and there are options that are much more appropriate for him in this stage of life. We put him in regular braces under the care of an experienced orthodontist. Also, we ended up with an unnecessary bill because they are not aware of what their insurance companies pay. We are now working on paying it off because we were given inaccurate quotes from their office staff. Ive gone down there to try to give them money and every time I try the office is closed and dark. Apparently they are only in the 1103 office occasionally. We are transferring to a different office for these reasons. This office (especially the dentist who thinks hes just a little too amazing and wonderful) was just not a good fit for our family. EDITED TO ADD: I appreciate that they called to apologize for errors and misunderstandings with the billing. They will work to resolve it and have asked me to hold of paying anymore on it until they have looked into it. Thank you. I just wish it was easier to get a hold of someone regarding these issues prior to my less than favorable review.

The Best Dentist Ever! What an experience! I came in to get my crowns replaced. Dr. Ferdkoff is the most attentive and gentle doctor, not to mention the professionalism. I have not felt any pain from either, shots or drilling. One of his assistants, Esmeralda was all smiles and was very accommodating and nice. The state of the art technology and equipment at the office adds to the positive experience. The clinic is clean, modern, equipped with all the technology necessary to have the most calming and enjoyable experience. The kids corner was the most impressive place in the office with lit up floor and iPads to keep kids entertained. I highly recommend this doctor and the clinic. Clean, modern, professional and friendly! 5 stars!

Marbella is an awesome dental practice! The office is modern and very comfortable with unique amenities. Ashley is extremely friendly, making you feel relaxed and special from the time you enter the office through checkout. Katie is a wonderful assistant who truly cares about your comfort and in keeping you fully informed during the entire visit. And, Dr. Ferdkoff is an amazing dentist. He is a competent and compassionate professional who thoroughly explains the treatment plan and procedures. I am very confident in his work. Overall, my recent appointment was a five star experience!

Very friendly and helpful. Took the time needed to answer all the questions I had and explained the answers in a way that I could understand. Eager and helpful with assisting me in getting a payment plan that I can afford. Offers a very affordable yearly dental plan that I have not seen in other dental offices. Dr. Ferdkoff is a great dentist! The office is really nice and clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone there has been very friendly. I used to have a HUGE fear of the dentist, but I have now had 3 crowns and 3 implants, all done by Dr. Ferdkoff. He and his staff do awesome work and they have always made sure that I feel as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Marbella Dentistry to anyone, especially if you need of extensive dental work done or if you have any apprehension about going to the dentist.

As a patient who does not like visiting the "dentist chair", I have to say that Marbella office makes my visits very comfortable and calm each and every time. Always friendly and professional, the office takes care of my needs with a smile, from the receptionist all the way through the Doctors visit. I always have a great experience and they are great at what they do. They go out of their way to accommodate appointments for a busy schedule and keep in touch with check ups. I highly recommend Marbella Dentistry.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office, which I wouldnt normally say about a dentist. The staff is so friendly and nice and they are focused on minimizing the pain involved, even on simple things like taking x-rays. Dr.Ferdkoff does a great job explaining every procedure and recommendation. He is very gentle and his demeanor is very soothing. I found their prices very reasonable. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone, especially if you are at all apprehensive about dental work.

Dr Ferdkoff and staff are AMAZING.I woke up yesterday morning in excruciating pain and called Marbella Dentistry.They wanted me to come in right away,but my circumstances didnt allow me to get there until three hours later.I got in right away and Dr. Ferdkoff took out teeth that caused me pain.The most amazing part was there was no pain when removing teeth that were causing me pain.They even set me up with in house insurance and saved me some money.Thank you all again very much.

My experience at Marbella dentistry was ABSOLUTELY the greatest experience Ive had at the dentist. I mean, the employees were definitely my kind of people. I havent been to a dentist since 2011 and its 2016 now, so I guess you could say I was a little nervous, but everyone there made me feel as if I was around my family & friends. It was such a terrific experience and everyone was wonderful. Ill definitely be returning, thats for sure.

From the second you walk in, you feel at ease from the friendly smiling faces of the sweet girls behind the desk, to the kind and gentle dental assistants. Great practice! A very cool office with flat screen TVs in every room. The Doctor was very professional and showed me in detail the dental work that may be needed in the future, although he was not pushy with his services. A very professional doctor who obviously knew what he was doing. The staff was amazing and took great care to make me feel at home. Overall one of the best experiences at a dental office I have ever had.

I had a wonderful experience at Marbella Dentistry. As soon as I got there I became so relaxed. It felt very homey.....but oh so clean......and beautiful. The thing I appreciated the most was the professionalism and competentcy of the staff. Each staff member was both kind and very efficient. The environment is very comforting, the minute i walked in i felt at home. The office staff is very friendly and it felt as if we had all been long time friends. The doctor and assistants took care of me very well and explained everything in detail before any procedure. And answered all of my questions and concerns before i left. Overall the best place i would be attending as well as my family.
