Not toddler friendly! Yesterday was my two year-old twins third visit (well, almost). The second visit didnt go that well, the boys cried and not much got accomplished. I left feeling the staff and doctor were not that good with them. They didnt express the importance of fluoride brush (treatment etc.) or ask if they were getting any (the dont get tap water). I had to call to schedule appointment after reading fluoride treatment was recommended as early as one year of age. I asked why they didnt mention it at one of the other visits. They looked at the chart and said they werent that cooperative! Yesterday, we waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes and one of the boys was still not called back for his appointment (imagine trying to keep two two years occupied for that time). The staff called me back after 40 min and said they looked up both my boys insurance and they were not eligible. I assured them both cards were new and they were. They also brought up an outstanding bill of 96 dollars from August (they never called to tell me about it, even when I scheduled appointments or during the appt reminders). They didnt offer to call insurance to verify in case the computer was wrong etc. Instead they argued with me, didnt trust they were covered, and further delayed the appointment. Since we had been waiting so long already, and the waiting room was full of patients, one would think they would get one in the dentist chair (I had grandma and a friend there helping) while trying to call insurance etc. instead, they just looked at me and said "Well, what should we do?" I was so embarrassed, upset, and angry by that point, we all just left. The boys cried since they were all ready to see the dentist! My family took the boys home and I called the insurance company. Approx. 30 min later, I had verified they indeed did have coverage as I stated (they said office should have called because if they put too much info or wrong info into computer it would confuse the system and show up as ineligible). They also verified they were covered during unpaid visit and if they had pursued/called etc. it would have been paid! Finally, they appeared overbooked, and never came out to apologize for the wait.... I called office manager and explained everything. She only made excuses and apologized for the wait, finally. We will not be going back and I would not recommend them as a dentist!

Dr. Bob has been my dentist for the last twenty-five years. The quality of his work is superb, my teeth look amazing and my gums are healthy (and I dont get cavities anymore). Im also usually very sensitive to pain, and both he and Patty were so careful and attentive. Their staff members are always so pleasant and make it a point to ask about me, how Ive been doing, and how is my family. It feels good to have the feel of a real family doctor who knows my history and genuinely cares. I highly recommend Dr. Bob Wilson and his staff. Youll be so glad to be in his care.

Dr. Bob is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Our first appointment actually ended up being an emergency where he not only saved my broken tooth, but made a seamless and pain free repair within 24 hours of my fall. I could not be more grateful. The office staff was super responsive and so polite on arrival. The whole experience was really great especially considering the panic I was in when I called on a Sunday evening to be seen by a dentist that had never seen me previously. Wont go to anyone else!

i had to wait 4 weeks for teeth cleaning. they changed the appointment few times. one of the worst experience in my life. i had too leave half way through the cleaning because hygienist was so rude and unprofessional. she was humming songs as was cleaning my teeth and in one point told me to close my mouth so harshly and rudely that i said OK thats it. beware of this place.
