Great Dental care. The Doctor and support health care team has never made me feel uncomfortable and have done good work. The only reason I didnt give the 5th star is the billing process never lets me feel like I know whether I owe money or not. Ive had to settle several unsure balances in the past.(over a year ago) When I called and worked with their billing department they were cooperative and all problems were solved, but I wish I didnt have to keep so close of track of the records to know what is going on. In the past year or so, it seems the problem is better, but the numbers on my statement are still a mystery on what is correct. So far currently, the fees charged are what has been quoted. If I dont have any billing surprises in the near future Ill give them the 5th star.

Worst experiance of my life! The dentist technically performered oral surgery without my consent. Even though I was giving every distress signal I could short of knocking her out. But she continued to scrape away my gum from underneath my entire tooth even as the tears flowed freely down my cheeks...you want anesthetic? You are lucky if your even warned of imminent pain. I was just supposed to have a mold made of my teeth. RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION THEY ARE MONSTERS when I complained to her bosses in corporate their response was "we stand behind our doctors"

This place is great. I had to have a complicated procedure done and the dentist, Mary Davis did an extremely good job figuring out the problem initially and also did a great job of working on me on the day of my procedure. Her and her assistant, Joleen, are very professional, courteous, and skilled at what they do. They care about their patients and the best part is that they will be honest with you if they feel like something you need done is out of their reach. Great service, great people working here in general, and a relaxed low stress atmosphere.

They have been my dentist for 2 years now and i have seen 3 doctors here all where wonderful. even when i thought the guy that only comes in once in a wile started to soon on my tooth after Novocain i didnt feel a thing. The newest doctor here is the best and has detected some issues with my teeth early on based on my complainants with the tooth and her exams. Everyone from resection to the doctors are great to talk to in between opening wide that is. I do recommend them. Thank you all for taking care of my teeth.

I have been to a couple different dental offices in Ames and I have never been so satisfied! From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly face! The hygienist and doctors are SO very nice and go above and beyond to help your specific needs and come up with a plan specific for you that takes into account all your scheduling and payment needs. By far the BEST dental office I have been too!

The lady Doc left a huge space after a fill on a bottom molar towards the bottom of my tooth. It has caused food to become impacted everytime I eat. So annoying and when I called 4 days later to have her look and hopefully fix, they wanted to charge 95$ just to look! So upset with the service and care.
