After not being to the dentist in a while due to experiences at other locations. Overman family dentistry helped me feel comfortable going to the dentist. They appeared to be using a lot newer dental technology than I had ever seen in the past, and I was impressed with how willing they were to answer questions and explain things to me. I have always had phobias about dental and doctor work, however after my first visit with Overman I feel a lot more comfortable and am looking forward to them being able to help me with my dental health. It had unfortunately waned in the past year, but with the guidance of Overman I will be on my way back to be very healthy and with a great smile. Overman Family dentistry also has an emphasis on family, (hence the name). They had a room for kids to play and be watched, I also noticed the doctor and hygienists doing well with a nearby child. Overall the experience was 5/5. I am headed back there shortly for a filling, and I would bet that I will still have a 5 star experience.

This was my first visit to Overman, and right after the appointment I called my husband and said, "That was almost a dental spa experience!" I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door - the friendly greeting, the attractive waiting room, complete with refreshments, the huge, clean kids play room and tote after tote of organized toys, the tour and pre-dental-work meeting and welcome gift... The hygienist went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, the receptionist took care of my baby, everything was SO thorough and honest. Dr. Overman was very kind and easy to understand, and with the individual photos of my teeth, there was no question of whether I truly had a cavity that needed filling or not. This was by far the best dental experience Ive ever had, and my whole family will certainly be using Overman in the future. Thank you!

As a new client in search for a good dentist to establish a long term care/treatment, I am thoroughly pleased with my choice with Overman Family Dentistry. They greet you kindly, and gave me a tour. The facility is excellent with very comfortable chairs and TVs in the exam rooms. The experience was pleasant and the atmosphere is comforting. Megan, my hygienist, was very thorough and kind, explained everything as she went and made sure that i was in no discomfort. Dr. Overman is very kind and trustworthy. He explained everything in full detail without being pushy about unnecessary dental work/procedures. Overall excellent experience, i look forward to being a regular client.

This is what health care should be like! My first experience at Overman Family Dentistry was very impressive. Not only did I have a professional examination and cleaning but I always felt like I was the customer. I was given probably the most throrough exam Ive ever had at a dentist office. Of which the results were thoroughly reviewed with me with x-rays AND digital pictures of my teeth and my bite. Last and most importantly I had control over my health decisions. I was treated as the customer and my expectations and goals of a dentist were not only asked for but then considered in my follow up. Refreshing!

I have been going to Dr. Overman and his staff for any dental needs for the last couple years. They are great! They are non judgemental and will take the time to make sure that you are comfortable and pain free. Dr. Overman explains what he will be doing and what to expect. The facilities are second to none with a TV that you can watch right over your head while any procedures are performed, to the small things like applying lip balm to prevent your lips from cracking after getting work done.

I went here today because I had doubts about my current dentists ability to diagnose what is causing pain in my tooth. When I arrived all of the staff was very warm and friendly. The wait time for the dentist after I finished my new patient paper work was all of 5 minutes. Dr. Overman was very friendly and took the time to explain all the factors that could be causing me pain in my molars. After visiting them I dont want to go back to my old dentist, and honestly I dont think I will.

I bit the bullet and went to the dentist for the first time in 8 years today and chose Overman Family Dentistry. I have to say I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was friendly, the facility immaculate, there was no waiting time, and, most important, the treatment gentle! The dental hygienist explained everything she did and Dr. Overman answered all my questions. I highly recommend OFD and wont wait 8 years to return!

I had the same experience as in Russ Peters had except, in my case, I had an emergency. I was the 4th emergency that day and they had another one coming in after I left. Dr. Overman got me right in and I was treated like I had always been a customer. I was very happy with the service and quality of care. I dont care for Dentists but I would go back in a heartbeat.

Dr. Overman and Sarah were absolutely fantastic on my first visit. I really enjoyed that they were friendly and extremely informative about formulating a plan for my future dental care. I especially liked that they explained the x-rays and digital photographs of my teeth with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Overman and his entire office to my friends and family.

Im not going to lie, I was skeptical of the 5 star rating Overman family dental had received from the other reviewers. But I was generally impressed with the 5 star facilities and customer service that I experienced. I had a cleaning performed by Susan, and was examined by J Overman. Exceptional knowledge and bedside manners from those two.

This was by far my best experience going to a dentist. I have had some horrible experiences in the past with other dentists, but these guys were super nice and did their best to make me feel comfortable. Very clean facilities and they were really good in explaining to me all that I need done. I would highly recommend them.

I enjoy visiting with the staff and I really enjoyed my visit to the new part of the office and think you all have a beautiful space. The childrens room was so nice and looked like a fun place for the kids to "hang out".

Theyre very personable, yet professional. Very efficient at what they do and inform me constantly whats going on and very easy to talk to and express any concerns. This goes from the greeting when I first walk in until I leave, and with every visit Ive had.
