Dr. Amie and her team are phenomenal! From the minute you walk in the door you feel relaxed and welcomed - they offer a variety of beverages and snacks and complimentary "spa" services (paraffin hand dip, comfy blankets, movies, etc.) during your treatment. Dr. Amie took time with me to explain my proposed treatment and really made me feel comfortable making an educated decision. I left feeling pampered and that my teeth were in good hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a great dental experience.

This place is amazing! The most detailed and through dentist I have ever been to! The atmosphere is very positive and it seems like everyone genuinely cares about doing the best they can. I will note that their billing system is unique and you should read about it on their website or ask about it while making an appointment. I would recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone becuase it was the best cleaning I have ever gotten in my whole life!

Pros: - Very soothing environment with nice amenities (such as snacks in the lobby) - Staff is friendly - Would be a good place for women and child who have had "scary" dental experiences in the past. This is *definitely* not that. Cons: - Will file dental claims, but will request payment at time of service. - Slightly more expensive than typical dental insurance will pay (10% or so) - A little hard to find (The office building is behind Arbys)

I always have a positive experience when I go to Ames Center for Cosmetic & Family Practice. The dental assistants are always friendly & very efficient & concerned about your comfort. Amy Rockow Nelson is also friendly & thorough. Her waiting room & dental rooms are welcoming & cozy looking. Not a scary experience to go to the dentist. Kind of fun!

With Dr. Amie, you will never dread going to the dentist again. They have a calming, inviting office, and the entire staff is top notch. Even though they probably only see you twice a year, you will find that they remember topics you discussed that had nothing to do with your dental health. Its truly a pleasure to go there.

After I had a root canal, I decided I needed a more proactive dentist to find cavities when they are smaller. She has the latest technology to find cavities that arent shown on an xray. Plus when I needed 3 little cavities filled, it was fast and easy with the laser removal.
