Dr. Shamblott is acting on my behalf as a consultant for mulitiple problems I am facing as the result of poor dentistry. I live and work in Scottsdale, AZ and in July of this year my two front teeth(crowns)s literally fell out! The dentist who had done the restoration sent me for an implant in August and then scheduled another. Other teeth were mobile. In a converstaion with my son, who lives in Plymouth, he recoomended that I get in touch with Dr. Scott. I sent my records to him and while they were incomplete, he advised me to stop all work with my exisiting dentist, pointed out several problem areas and guided me to seek out an team os specialists who could assist me. Dr. Shamblott had nothing to gain from me...I live so far away, nevertheless, over the Thanksgiving Holiday, he examined my mouth, took mulptple x-rays and photos and kindly transferred them to dentists in Scottsdale along with a detailed report. He has been willing to provide much needed professional guidance for me and I am deeply grateful. The folks in Hopkins and the surrounding metro area are fortunate to have Dr. Shamblott and his fine team. A word to the wise...be careful when selecting a dentist and ask for referrrals or review online sites! Poor dentistry can lead to severe problems! I visited Shamblott in mid November was told I needed emergency extractions and that they would be able to help me that day. I was then sat down and told how much I would have to pay and what my insurance would be covering, Everything went well during my visit I paid what I was told my portion was and went on my way. Two months later I received a bill stating my account was overdue for an additional $204 , When I called Shamblott to find out why I had received this overdue bill the lady on the phone told me the original was just an estimate and thats what I had been told the day of the extractions( I was never told it was just an estimate). Looking over the bill they have changed the rate on each extraction to make up this additional cost. I asked to get someone on the phone that can help and Ive been told they will call back, to this point I have received to call back and they have become more rude over the phone when I call to ask. I would not recommend them to anyone as they seem to just do whatever they want and just expect you to pay with no explanation. Overall terrible experience.

I avoided going to the dentist for many years due to cost and dental fear. The staff and Doctors at Shamblott were AMAZING. I planned ahead and scheduled my appointment early I also filled out my new patient form before the visit (printable from their website) which saved a bunch of time as well. Only spent about ten minutes in the waiting room. I worked with four team members that day not counting the front desk. Everyone was super easy to talk to, ask questions and really set me at ease with what I was in to do. Dr. Turner worked efficiently and kept the whole visit positive and relaxing. Ill absolutely be making this my dentist office.

Seems like a nice place but for new patients you have to sit in the dentists chair until someone bothers to talk to you. After an hour and a half, my friend and I gave up.
