Someone has to offset the good review below because upon further investigation on yelp and other sites this place has a bad rep and Im usually pretty understanding For one it takes forever to get an appointment and I figured maybe that was due to popularity. Wrong. The office was empty when I arrived and I got in promptly. OK that was fine. I was told to put a gown on so I could discuss different things and show the doctor any bumps I was concerned about. To my dismay the doctor came back in with his female assistant who just stood there with a clipboard. Ummmm why dont you get out as Ive never been seen by a doctor and assistant at the same time. Secondly he barely looked at anything. Maybe 1 minute and prescribed me something that I wound up having a bad reaction to and was just told to stop using it. I waited all this time for that? If your concerned about your health or anything of that sort then dont go here. There is zero care or empathy in this office and instead just a money grab. Look elsewhere or go to patient first.

The staff at the Stafford office is always very personable and professional... I have never had to wait to be seen, beyond my actual appointment time, which is a pretty big deal to me... Dr. Neal is very friendly and makes me feel at ease... I also feel very confident in him as a medical professional...

Its very hard to find a doctor knowledgeable in Black skin care. Thankfully I found Dr. Neal. Hes really nice and patient.
