I have been going to see Dr. Jackson for some time now, and have had her listed as my primary care doctor on my insurance. Im not sick very often, so it hasnt been a big deal. The problem is, the office staff there is horrible. The dont reliably return calls or forward messages. They have no compassion whatsoever. I just returned from what will be my last visit to their office where one of their office staff chastised me in front of the entire lobby for not planning to suit their taste. That was after being told they didnt even know who I was, because I hadnt been there in the last three months. (Strangely, though, they were able to tell me that I hadnt been there in two years, which was entirely inaccurate.) Anyway, they left me in a bind with my medication, without caring enough to double check with a qualified doctor or practitioner to see if perhaps they should do something other than tell me "too bad, you should have planned better" when I asked them for a refill, which they had previously refilled over the phone without problem. It isnt the first time Ive had problems with them, but it will be the last.

Dr. Jackson has been my primary physician for 15 years. She use to be amazing. Her staff has always been awful. I stayed with her because Im a sinus sufferer and she has been the best in treating me. The past few years have been the absolute worst. In November, I started to have stomach pains. I went to her and she scheduled me a ultrasound. I found out that I had gall stones. She told me she was going to make me an appointment to schedule my surgery. Needless to say to this day. I still have never seen the doctor of my primary physicians choice to treat my condition . Ive called the office several times to check on it and still nothing was done. The final draw was last week I went in and my pressure was elevated. She told me she was going to call me in something for it. She did not call it in until yesterday after I had to call and ask her about the medication. Im beyond hurt. This is very bad buisness, and I want everyone to know.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacksons for several years now and have always been very happy. She stays very busy but is always happy to see me if I need to be seen. She takes good care of me and anyone Ive sent to her feels the same. And Ive sent quite a few friends and family her way. Her staff could use some customer service training but they at least try. I do wish they would stop trying to put NPs in there. The last 2 that have worked there have been awful. Super Lazy!!!!! This last one never returns any calls and doesnt make any follow up appointments after labs, just refers everything back to Dr. Jackson. Cant even see simple things! The complaints that people have are with staff or hospital related, not with Dr. J.

I have been going to Dr.Jackson going on 10 yrs. Whenever I first started going there it was just Dr.Jackson and 2 nurses (Tangy and Tish) and 2 ladies in the office. The problem is not with Dr.Jackson (which I brought up some of the stuff that the staff was doing when Tangy and Ms.Linda in the office. I asked her why dont you get away from Providence and open your own business. She told me that it is to expensive and she didnt want to fire people.) THEY HAVE A OFFICE MANAGER FOR COMPLAINTS BUT THE ONE NO I HAVE NO CLUE NOR DOES SHE ABOUT WHATS GOING ON ). If that doesnt work look up the president of the hospital and call and ask for him by his first name. He will fix it.

Couldnt ask for a better doctor than Dr. Jackson. Smart, thorough, empathetic, and doesnt miss a thing. Always makes sure her patients are taken care of and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure they are. Thats the kind of doctor I want... not someone who rushes in and out trying to see as many patients as possible. Good doctors are worth the wait.

I love dr. Jackson but her guard dog "thatius the gate keeper" doesnt seem to care that a simple diabetes script needs to be filled. I didnt know there was a 24-48 hr leed time and he is using every minute of it. Very disappointed that all these years means nothing when you have people that so rude and useless.

The worst Ive ever been. They dont care about you and your presence. Good luck sitting there all day long like a useless person that has nothing to do in life. Highly recommend you to change your mind coming here.

if I could give this b 0 stars I would. I called them over 24 hours ago to schedule an appointment and they still have not called me back its going on 48 hours. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE
