Hasson is great with kids. That is where it ends. I have had to deal with many physicians and their respective offices, most of the time I have had great experiences and I go out of my way to be friendly to the staff. These people have tough jobs and I get that but everyone has a tough job at times, its no excuse for unprofessional behavior. It takes a lot for me to take the time to post a bad review but this office manager/billing person is ...HORRIBLE in an epic sort of a way. Heres an example for you, my gynecologist has a great office manager, her name is Patty and she is kind and understanding. She works with me and is very flexible and she deals with about double the number of patients than hassons office manager. Hasson is the only physician at his office, my ob gyne has four doctors and way more patients. Patty has a way more stressful job because of this yet she has a great attitude. The office manager at hassons office, her attitude is quite special. Dont take my word for it, go see for yourself even though I strongly advise against doing so. To say she hates her job, is an understatement. Hasson is great with kids but if you run into any billing and or administrative issues with his office, boy, I just hope your experience is better than mine.

My family has been using Dr. Hasson for almost 16 years. He has always been so great with my kids. He speaks directly to the kids and really works to understand what is going on with them. He explains things thoroughly to kids and parents. He is always accessible and returns calls promptly. His appointments run on schedule, so we rarely wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Dr. Hasson is the best. We had another pediatrician before starting with him, but have never even considered trying another since we started seeing him.

The doctor is wonderful, the nurse sucks! The person at the desk, Mary is irritable and barks on the phone and in person. She gets confrontational at the drop of a hat and shows poor phone etiquette. This has been our experience every single time weve had to call her to check about appointments or insurance or what have you. Today she started screaming at me like I was an idiot in front of my insurance company. She has little respect for patients. We wont be visiting Dr. Hasson anymore.

Dr. Hasson has been our pediatrician for 24 years. He is an AMAZING, caring, patient doctor. We have referred him to everyone we know with children. They have all been VERY happy with him. He is a LEGEND in our home and throughout our family and friends. You dont find them as good as him anymore. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Hasson!!

He is very good doctor who listens and care, he respects parents choices. I would highly recommend him to everyone. The manager Is a little grumpy sometimes but it is ok she is a good person overall
