I was the Sunshine that reviewed this doctors office years ago when I left town and gave them rave reviews. When we moved back a few months ago, naturally I took my kids there for their school physicals and my husband made an appt. as well. Ill NEVER go back. I could have gotten school physicals for $40 right here in Oswego, instead they charged $158(x3 kids) for them AND insisted I get my sons checked for their thyroids becuase they are not fat. That ended up getting me billed about $300...which is the amount that was over my insurance limit of $100 a piece for school physicals. I called and left a message for Julie to call me back to discuss this and never got a call back. Seriously? Just an ignored phone call? Then....my husband takes an anxiety medicine and needed a refill. He had a 2 week laps where he could not get on my insurance yet (because we moved and had to make a switch)...so in other words he just needed a two week prescription to get him through the lapse and Dr. Giordano refused to do it because he needed to see him....in other words needed dough for an unnecessary appt. Hed already seen him once since we moved back before his old insurance expired. This medicine could have made my husband have serious withdrawal symptoms such as seizures and death if he stopped taking it immediately. NICE! We put in an emergency call to the doctor and NEVER received a phone call back. WHAT? WEIRD! Is that really good customer service? Does he not remember us? We have filled his pocketbook in the past plenty and this is the reception we receive when we come back to him and try to be loyal patients? Well this is one family of 6 that will not be going back there ever again. I feel totally disrespected and thrown for a loop. Guess Ill get a doctor in Oswego. JERKS.

Dr. Giordano is the most genuine, kind, and caring doctor I have ever known. I really feel he cared about my family deeply. When I delivered my babies, he was there at Edward hospital before the epidural wore out to see our creation and tell us how great we did. He is perfectly gentle with newborns, has a good sense of humor for older kids, sensitivity towards adults and their issues, etc. I remember one time going in to discuss weight loss options (post-baby) and I swear his pep talk will stay with me forever. He did not just write a slip for a drug and get me out of the office. He spoke straight and I could tell he meant what he said and really cared about me and my health. I left feeling like a million bucks and signed up for the Y to lose my weight right. I could go on and on. If you are looking for the perfect doctor for your family, you have found him. I wish every doctor could take a page out of Dr. Giordanos book. His staff is great too.

I have had a horribly unprofessional experience with this office, and his rude staff. They have been extreamly unhelpful in regurads to my pain (9/10 level of pain daily!) & have placed me at the bitten of their "To Do" List, leaving for lunch break, as I have been fastin 16+ hours trying to get instructions from a nurse or doctor- but THIS Office refuses to allow me to wait on hold, and went off to lunch break, while I wait for imstructions on SIX Different tests, continue to fast and be in CRIPPLING pain, waiting and hoping they call be so I dont have to fast again. Please DO Not go here if you have a serious health issue, you will not be treated like a patient, you will be treated like a paycheck.

Saw dr. Giordano in 2002 after my primary retired. This was my first appt. with him. I had 2 back surgerys prior and was in chronic pain. The nurse practitioner saw me first. I explained I had scar tissue on my nerve and was taking this and that med. he came in and in front of my wife and child called me a drug seeker without looking at my MRI or neuro consult. I left in tears, went to Copley and was admitted. He should retire. Hes a terrible physician.
