I really dont enjoy spending my time writing a bad review of a business and this will actually be my first time. I feel strongly that this is necessary after a very stressful awful experience with Dr. Epperly and his staff. To keep this from becoming a novel I will attempt to make this short and to the point. From the very beginning his office staff was all very short and unfriendly. This quickly blew up into being extremely rude and condescending every time I was actually able to talk to someone. It then seemed after a little while that they decided to screen my calls. I cannot even get a hold of anyone about receiving my test results that I paid dearly for and need so that I can move forward. I had to literally drive to the office and be rudely greeted by Susan just to receive a portion of the results because they did not email them over like they said they would. I called all day long and left messages just to ask if they could at least read me the results but they would not answer or return my call. When we arrived at the office there were no patients in site and ladies all over the office. Why did I have to spend my whole day to get these results?? Susan seemed very angry about giving me the results. I dont understand how someone can be so angry at their customers for no reason. They have such a negative vibe in their office that it feels unhealthy being there. Every time I have requested to speak with the doctor I never hear anything back at all. I do know that most of their calls following up anything are on a timer and require payment in intervals. That is probably why I cant speak to Doctor Epperly because he is too high caliber to waste his time answering a simple question for his patient. Instead I get to go through Susan for everything who always lets me know her opinion even though it has no value at all. After I did not make a follow up for the portion of results finally received, because I simply did not need one, Donna left several messages on my phone about making appointments. She also let me know rudely that Dr. Epperly decided that he would no longer fill my prescription for thyroid medicine that has been regulated for months. They agreed to fill my prescription for this without costly unnecessary visits when I first spoke with them. This was a need of mine since this is a routine thing for me and I fully understand where I need to be to have optimal health. I must have struck a major nerve by being my own advocate and knowing what I need to do for myself through experience. I left messages all week last week and again this week to talk this over so I could get my necessary prescriptions filled and get the rest of the test results that I paid for. This has been so stressful. Nobody will call me back and they have my money already for the testing and I need my prescription for my well being. This Business gives holistic medicine a bad name. Between their horrible staff and forceful ways of taking patients money this establishment is definitely not the place to go to heal if you are not well. I hope that I can eventually get the test results that I paid for. I am beginning to think it is not worth the stress of calling the office again....

I have been so happy to have found Dr. Epperly. He and his staff are pleasant, informative and prompt. What I really appreciate though is his expertise. It is hard to find a MD who knows nutrition, thyroid and bio-identical hormones and allergies. This is an incredible combination of knowledge. I go to him because even though I love my primary doctor she is not comfortable prescribing the natural hormones and respects Dr. Epperlys expertise and works with him to help me manage Menopause symptoms and help with nutritional advise. I first walked into his office about two years ago feeling very old, tired and sore all over. I feel great now and so much younger. I heeded his advise and took my time to work on each area so it became a lifestyle habit then moved on to the next. The over all picture of my health has turned out great! I am grateful to have found him and happy he was close by.

Dr Epperly has been my primary doctor for many years; he works with me to help me manage my healthcare in a pro-active and preventive manner. He is extremely knowledgeable, he interprets and explains lab results and also listens to me as a patient; he then combines that approach to arrive at an educated treatment plan that is typically centered around lifestyle changes and enhancements. While he can obviously prescribe a medicine (and by the way, he treats my thyroid condition--Hashimotos positive--and prescribes me with bio-identical hormones), I love that his focus is on treating the cause of a condition with healthy solutions rather than just masking a problem with medicines like so many other doctors will do. As a result, my health continues to improve for the better. My healthcare and quality of life is in the best of hands with Dr Epperly!

I have been a patient of Dr. Epperly for the past 20 years. He has provided one of the best Medical experiences I have ever had. The staff are thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. The facilities are state of the art and always impeccably clean. Dr. Epperly always provides a thorough exam and addresses any issues and concerns promptly in a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional manner. I have never had a bad experience. I give Dr. Epperly and his staff rave reviews. Again, the staff are very professional, skilled, knowledgeable and exceptional caretakers. I see Sherin George PA-C here and I like her. She spends time with and writes out everything that she wants me to do/try for my next visit. I was getting a toxicity from synthetic thyroid medicine so I unwanted to try the desicated treatment. It has worked and I feel much better. Ive seen Sherin George 3 times now and I would recommend her. Im usually in and out of there in 20-30 minutes. The staff isnt a problem but they can be condescending but dont let that deter you from coming. If you are having trouble with your current Endo I would recommend seeing Sherin. My life is remarkably better since seeing her.

The doctor is fine. Physician Assistant is awesome. Office manager Donna takes it upon herself to recall your hormone prescription from the compounding pharmacy because of an open patient balance of $140. She also tells you she will charge your credit card on a certain date, but then does it sooner and causes more problems. So dont let the pictures of Jesus in the office fool you they are after your money like a pack of legal drug dealers.

Dr Epperly has been our family Physician for the past 18 plus years. We have found his care to be excellent. He has been sensitive to our needs, listens well and has always prescribed care that promoted good health and well being. We have found both Dr Epperly and his staff to be knowledgeable and professional. We would, and have recommended Dr. Epperly to those we come in contact with.
