I could not have been more impressed or pleased with my inaugural appointment at "All About You Dental Care." The front-office staff took a personal approach. She was courteous & attentive. Moreover, she was knowledgeable, generally speaking, about insurance plans & proactively offered me helpful information related to my patient care. The dental hygienist was the best I have ever had! She took her time. She explained everything she was doing, which eased my anxiety. She was careful with my bridge. My teeth felt cleaner than they had in years because of her detail orientation. She was really an expert in her execution: cleaning, x-rays & digital pictures. The dentist was thorough in his exam. He provided sound recommendations, based on my dental issues. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully. I did not feel rushed, & he was not put-off by my needing to understand the “why” behind his recommended solutions. All in all, “All About You” did provide care that was “All About Me.” I look forward to regular preventative appointments going forward. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

I very upset that I have to leave a review like this because everyone working here seemed so polite, even Dr. Lavrisa. As a new patient, I filled out all the forms online prior to going to my first appointment giving my insurance information and when I arrived at my first appointment they made a copy of my Dental insurance card. Well, after having over $500 worth of services in two visits a few days a part, I get an email from the Doctor saying "Because of the limitations that BCBS of Illinois places upon its in-network providers, Dr. Lavrisa has chosen to not be a provider with BCBS of IL". What kind of business takes all your insurance information, does all the work and then tells you after the work is done that they do not accept the insurance that you had given them. Now Im out the money for the service plus the premium I paid. I have emailed Dr. Lavrisa asking him why he runs his practice this way and have not heard anything from him. I would have at least expected an apology.

I recently had an excellent experience here, as did my husband. We are new to the area and its always tough to reestablish healthcare. I am very happy we found this practice. The staff (all of them!) is welcoming, friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. There are a lot of little touches that go a long way (welcome bag, background on dentist provided at first visit, tips from hygienist throughout cleaning, etc.). Denise (office manager) is awesome with all insurance/billing needs (gave me an estimate on filling I needed in advance, nice courtesy). They also accommodate schedules really well to do everything to be convenient for you. I got a follow-up call one day after my filling just checking to see how I was feeling, also a nice touch. All in all, a lot of attention to detail to truly make the patients feel cared for during all procedures. Highly recommend.

I love this dentist office so much, I actually requested my insurance company to go through the process of having them become a network provider. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. I always have comfortable appointments and they never try to sell me on anything. I feel Dr. Lavirsa really cares about me as a person and remembers who I am, even though I only see him twice a year. In fact, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes yesterday and they gave me a Starbucks gift card as a thank you! I wish every medical visit was like my experience at All About You Dental! Follow up: I brought my stepson here and they were FANTASTIC with him!

Last Friday I was eating an apple and my front tooth came loose, fearing the worst or better yet consuming my tooth, I called the doctor. This was after his normal hours and he asked how soon I could come in. 15 minutes latter I was in the chair and he was inspecting my loose tooth. It turned out that the tooth needed to be cleaned and cemented back in place. Dr Stephan took the time to take care of me putting his personal life on hold to take care of his patient. Its greatly appreciated to find someone like this that is committed to his practice and his patients and willing to do what ever is needed when the situation arises.

My family was referred to this practice by a friend and we have been in three times to get my son and husbands exam and cleaning done. Yesterday my son had his first filling and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and showed him what they were going to do each step of the way so that he wasnt as nervous. He didnt need to use any gas or be numbed because they worked so positively and collaboratively to get the work done quickly. Also, the office staff is very supportive and flexible when working with us to make appointments that work for our schedule. We are very pleased!

I have been seeing Dr. Lavrisa and his team at All About You Dental Care for years. I have never been disappointed and never dread going to the dentist. They provide very nice appointment reminders via text and email, so you can easily remember your appointment or reschedule if you need to. I love my hygienist, Myrna. She is great to talk to and has plenty of fun facts and useful tips for dental hygiene. If you need a filling, Dr. Lavrisa makes this process absolutely painless. Dont dread the dentist- go to All About You Dental Care! They have a great referral program too ; )

Cant say enough about Dr. Lavrisa and All About You Dental! I could tell this office was different as soon as I was greeted at my first visit. And Ive been so impressed with the procedures Ive had done there and how comfortable Ive been. Dr. Lavrisa and his team truly care and want to make sure the procedures are as pain-free as possible. The staff are all awesome, and put my mind at ease at every appointment - I can say they have truly helped me get over my fear of going to the dentist. An amazing office with amazing people!

For the first time I have found a dentist who truly cares about me!! After 2 different dentists tell me I need a costly procedure, Dr. Lavrisa took the time to do an overall examination and determine although we could do this procedure, at the moment it is not necessary. My insurance had already approved for the procedure but he gave his honest opinion and I feel like he is looking out for me as a person and not just another patient. Its nice to know there are still honest dentists out there!

My kids and I have had many great experiences with All About You Dental over the years! Due to past experiences with dental care I am always nervous about cleaning etc. but all of my cleaning with Myrna have been comfortable and done very well. Dr. Lavrisa is friendly and professional. He is very thorough and explain the all the options. They use the latest technology and their procedures are done with care. The office staff is efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend this practice.

I always have the best experiences at All About You Dental Care! Dr. Lavrisa is the most knowledge dentist I have ever gone to. He uses the most up to date technology to offer the best dental care! His staff is so caring and positive. My appointments always run on time and are quick and easy. They offer a wide range of appointment times to fit my whole familys schedules. My children have always had great experiences too and they love Dr. Steve! He is the best!!
