FIrst of all, let me say that the receptionist on duty when I went in was absolutely LOVELY. She was kind, welcoming, and without a doubt the only good part of my experience in this place. I unfortunately didnt get her name, but she was wonderful. Id like to keep this review as vague as possible, but let me just say that the nurse was relatively pleasant until I told her some backstory that was relevant to my visit, but not the cause of it. From that point on she was cold and I could feel the judgement seeping out of her. I tried to ignore it, but I was emotional and in a lot of pain. Id been crying since walking through the door and it was an unnecessary blow. So when the doctor finally came in, some 30 minutes of extreme pain later, he was cold and dismissive. Better yet, I had to explain once more the backstory (as it was relevant to some of the questions he was asking me) which seemed to make him even colder and dismissive. Like, I went in for care, not to be made to feel like a horrible person. The doctor left and would come back in every few minutes or so, open the door, ask a question, leave again. He did this a few times. Finally I was able to leave and, once more, the receptionist was wonderful.

NO stars given! I do not recommend going to this healthcare facility site! My mother was in a MVA accident last week and went to Dignity Health AZ General Hospital ER Mesa get a CT scan of her spine to rule out injury. Unfortunately the radiologist Javier Rivera MD and the Referring Physician Patricia Cremona gave my mother a false diagnosis and were negligent and broke the Hippocratic Oath! They did harm and did not uphold ethical standards. My mother was given a false diagnosis of liver metastases (liver cancer)! The MD Patricia Cremona was callous in her bedside manner and actually discussed the cancer diagnosis with front staff as my mother was leaving!!! My mother and her family endured high stress and unnecessary further testing and cost. A - PET scan at Mayo clinic was conducted to confirm no liver cancer. The Mayo clinic oncologist was surprised that they could even come up with such a diagnosis, they even reviewed the exact radiology scans that were taken. It was a mistake indeed! Do not go here, you have many other choices in the Valley.

I came in over the weekend with abdominal pains and shortness of breath, and was seen quickly. We were immediately assured if they couldnt treat it there, they would arrange a transfer to the hospital. There were two nurses who both checked on me constantly and we did bloodwork, two CAT scans and received some IV pain medicine. They did a great job of keeping track of us. It only took about 5 hours for the whole workup (minus MRI) to be done. They relieved a lot of my symptoms and gave me some referrals. I wish I had gone in sooner. This was such a nice, clean place and it was easy to be seen. The staff were very friendly and they treated my husband well. They even let me keep my afghan, and we had a lot of privacy. I wont delay again. Thank you for your help.

I went to the ER with a high fever and a UTI. They ran the usual tests, a CAT scan and xray before starting an antibiotic IV. The doctor made arrangements for a bed at the hospital and i was transferred by ambulance a few hours later. I was released from the hospital two days later feeling much better. The entire staff at Dignity ER was efficient and professional. I had never been to an ER facility for myself and was very pleased with the service. This beautiful facility is certainly not your usual ER room!

We visited Dignity Health Arizona General Hospital Emergency Room in Mesa at Power and McKellips on Monday when our 6 year old broke his wrist. The facility was impeccably clean and the staff was amazing. They rushed us right in, the nurses were kind and understanding, and the X-Ray tech was gentle and speedy. The doctor fixed the break and we were out the door in under two hours with treats and smiles from the entire staff. Thank you for making this horrible night so much easier- you were all terrific!

AVOID THIS PLACE. IT IS NOT AN URGENT CARE Its an Emergency Room disguised as an Urgent Care. Youll have to pay your ER Co-pay (Ours is $400). An urgent care would have been $70. My daughter went there for an ear ache thinking it was an urgent care. They never mentioned to her that it was going to cost more than an urgent care they just sent her in to see a doctor. $1771 for him to look in her ear and give her a script for antibiotics.

The office staff was as if they were still training the text didnt know how to put a needle in it shouldnt hurt that much the doctor was in a hurry he didnt seem to care about me or anything that was going on the entire time he did scans on me and blood test I saw him maybe 30 seconds he was in and out and act like I was there just to get attention I will never go back to this place and I never recommend this place for anybody dont go!

I was very pleased with the professional and caring staff. I was seen by a registered nurse within 5 minutes who made me very comfortable. I did have to wait about 20 minutes for the doctor who not only ordered an x-ray but also prescribed antibiotics. The facility is very new and quite pleasant--quite different from the usual emergency room. I would not hesitate to return.

I was very pleased with my ER visit. The front receptionist was wonderful. I was seen quickly. The nurses and the doctor were all very polite and caring and professional. They were understanding and listened and I was feeling better by the time I left and even better in the days following. Thank you all so very much. I will use this ER again and recommend it.

I took both of my kids with the flu with very high fever and the customer service was really quick, no waiting and amazing doctor. I definitely recommend this place and will go back if we need. Very close to our home, convenient and clean. We didnt have good experiences with local urgent care and this is the place now!

What a great experience, in and out quickly, very professional. Facility was very clean and the staff were all so polite. Then they followed up with a phone call, sent me a thank you card and just made me feel important! Its never great when you have to go to the ER, but Dignity made it comfortable. Thank you!
