At first, everything seemed to be going well. The staff was kind and helpful, and while I had to wait over half an hour to see the nurse, I wasnt too upset. The nurse was patient and helpful, and prescribed me very helpful medicine very quickly. Over the following weeks, I noticed a problem getting refills, namely that her assistant was tardy in returning my messages, often only returning my calls after a few days. My medication not being critical, I accepted this. Until my last attempt to get into contact with her. After two weeks and several increasingly frustrated messages, I still had gotten no answer. I was forced to come to the conclusion that she was ignoring me. Why, I have no idea, but not doing their jobs seems to be a running theme with these "medical assistants". Attempts to talk to my nurse directly were rebuffed by an apparent two week vacation. The sole ray of light in all this was the woman I finally talked to directly, after two weeks of trying. Mercifully, she was not the assistant I was trying to contact, but she could do all the same things. She listened to my concerns, even patiently let me rant a little bit, and even agreed with me about how absurd the whole situation had become. She is literally the only reason I believe this clinic deserves one star. In the future, I will most certainly look elsewhere for my medical needs, somewhere were weeks of unanswered messages arent the norm.

The doctors are nice same with the nurses. Theyre all nice. However, trying to make an appointment, getting results, anything that has to do with over the phone is horrendous. I called, I kid you not about 25 times in about a 2 1/2 hour span, youd think itd get someone answer the phone, nope! This was on a Friday. I left 10 messages. No one got back to me. I had to wait until my 11 oclock appointment to know what was wrong with me. I had more tests done and they called me left a message I called them a few minutes after no one answered. This was at noon. I called another, again I kid you not, 20 times left countless messages they finally got back to me, the next day. They couldnt find my results so they said theyd call me back by the end of the day, OK cool. No one did. I was never called, I called them over 50 times in 2 days finally I got so fed up I just went in to talk them!! I was stressing out because I didnt know what was wrong with me!! It took 3 weeks to finally figure out my diagnoses, when it shouldve only taken a week. All because the receptionists dont know what a phone is. If you ever want your results Id go somewhere else, thats what Im doing.

I enjoyed seeing Dr. Herrera, she is fairly decent. On the occasions I have had to see other docs there, things have not gone well. On Friday, I saw the NP and had an ultrasound ordered due to abdomen pain (gallbladder). The ultrasound was read on Friday. On Monday, I left a message for the assistant to follow up. On Tuesday, I left another message. On Wednesday, in pain, I went and got a copy of the ultrasound reading myself. According to the ultrasound, I have a gallstone issue. Left a message on the main scheduling line, since my two previous messages had not been returned. I am obviously aware that I have a gall bladder issue, but the doctor has no interest in returning my call. So, 3 calls later, but i have a copy of my ultrasound, and it is now essentially the friday (an entire week later) and I havent heard back. Needless to say, I am looking for a new PCP. Seville does not have interest in their patients.

If I were rating on the doctor alone I would give five stars to Dr. Cheng. Unfortunately his office staff has disappointed me so greatly Ive decided to look for a new primary care manager. They do not follow through on referrals which has cost me hundreds of dollars of out of pocket expenses. They do not return phone calls. Getting an appointment is difficult. Very rarely does someone answer the phone and when you leave a message you can almost guarantee they will not return the call. If Dr. Cheng were to ever leave this practice I would gladly see him again but I can no longer tolerate a medical office that puts so little effort towards their patients care.

I have been a patient for 10 years. Tried for 4 days to be seen for follow up of infection. left messages for two days, went to the office too and was refused because both of my doctors were on vacation. Had to spend time and money all over again at an urgent care facility. Went to office to tell them I had slipped through the system and was chastised and degraded and called a liar. I was abandoned and then thrown out when I brought this to their attention. Office manager said I would have to pay up front in order to speak to the doctor about my abandonment. A letter a week later followed from the doctor telling me to go somewhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Valenzuela for many years and the service just gets worse and worse. It is increasing more difficult to see my Dr as he seems to never be in the office. I had the flu and went in to see the NP. She recommended some blood test which I was told I get a call once the results were in. I paid on the way out and I asked, so thats it....she said you are all set, no further payment is due. To this day(4months later) I have no test results, howeve I just receive a letter from a collection agency for $28 for these test. I NEVER even received a bill from their office. Seriously time to find a new Dr.

This doctors office should get zero stars but Im a nice person so they get one. I went in because my husband goes to see Dr. Venezuela but I Saw the nurse practitioner of his and she was rude, condescending, and judgmental. Dont go here if you need anything prescribed. Absolutely ridiculous. After I had already asked questions on the phone about what I was coming in for, it was a problem after I got there and paid . So after speaking to the office manager I was able to get My co-pay were refunded. Do not waste your time

We have visited this office for 6 years and have typically had a good experience. However, this morning my wife was denied an appointment because she has been healthy for too long and is now a "new patient" and this clinic is no longer accepting new patients. Because of this we had to jump through hoops with Cigna to get a new PCP effective today so she could see a new doctor. They should now have room for new patients because they just lost our family.

Worst experience ever. I cant believe they still have patients. All the doctors can be out for 1-2 weeks, leaving you without any options. Dr. Chengs assistant - Pedro is the worst. He NEVER picks up the phone and he NEVER returns your call. He is useless, they should let him go. I hope one day they will get a taste of their own medicine. Your life might be in danger if you stick with them, Go somewhere else.
