The customer service was FANTASTIC! Kirk was very helpful and just attentive enough so that he wasnt hovering, but enough that I left feeling informed about my purchase. I now even have knowledge to share with my friends on another issue we were considering getting product for at Hi-Health. Kirk made it clear that, should we be dissatisfied with the purchase, we are welcome to return/refund(within 30 days) and get additional consultation. Because of the great information the considerate staff gives at this location, I know we can come back and feel sure about what supplements we buy.

Rude nasty woman at the check out today, when I told her the suplaments was looking for, she acted like I was an idiot because "she"had never heard of it, then when she asked me where I heard of it she rolled her eyes and told me I shouldnt believe everything I read on the Internet. But its all good I found what I was looking for online and I dont have to deal with a**h**** like her. Never going to any Hi-health again, never have I had good customer service from this place.
