I have written multiple negative reviews about this horrendous medical practice and almost miraculously every time I post the review it is taken down by Google within a few days. Something fishy is going on and I feel that Dr. McRae and his staff have contacted Google in an effort to get them removed. Well I can tell you this much: I have seen this doctor and he should be ashamed to call himself a doctor. These people takes oaths to do no harm and yet the only thing I have received from him is a nightmare of psychological problems due to their lack of care for their patients. He simply one day cut me off my meds entirely without any warning and told me that if I needed to stay on the meds that I needed to go see a psychiatrist. Well my insurance does not cover psychiatric visits so I was quite literally screwed. I was suicidal, depressed and completely hopeless due to the lack of care this disgraceful doctor failed to provide. I would honestly look for a doctor in India before visiting this man ever again. You try to be honest with him and he turns around and stabs you in the back. Because of Dr. McRae (I cringe calling this individual a doctor because he is anything but that) I have a serious lack of trust with anyone in the medical field. Thankfully I found a wonderful doctor at Complete Care Family Medicine who is the most amazing doctor ever. So "Dr. McRae" if I find out that you found a way to get my review deleted AGAIN, guess what? I will keep posting to let other potential patients know the risk they run seeing you. You quite literally almost ruined my life and I will not let another person experience what I went through. You are a disgrace to the medical community.

This was the least satisfying doctors visit Ive ever had. After waiting in the waiting room for One and a half hours, during that time watching a sick patient leaving fall over and puke on her way out and they left her sitting on the ground for 20 minutes before ever mentioning getting her back to a room, to make the situation better 5 staff members stood there starring at the whole situation with no idea what to do. After I had finally been called back to be looked at my overall examination went well and the PA I had seemed to know what she was doing. She gave me perscriptions and I was out the door when I got home I called to see if I could get a medication changed. "Yes well have that called in, in One hour" she insisted. After calling my pharmacy multiple times to see if my medications were ready I was told they hadnt called them In. When I talked to the urgent care this evening 6 hours after my visit to see where my meds were I was told it was gonna take them 48 hours before they can call my meds in the lady had laughed in my face at what I had been telling her and then said if I needed them to come pick them up it would be faster. out of the kindness of his heart my Father drove all the way back to "urgent care" because they couldnt make one call to my pharmacy. Just so you all know this was not the only time I have had a horrible visit here nor is it the longest I have had to wait to be seen. That would be a little over 2 hours with a broken bone. I dont see the "URGENCY" at all. Your better off making the extra 20 minute drive to the next closest place.

This is really a review of one individual. At first, our experience was good and then it went downhill quickly. We were told to seek help from an urgent care by our specialist for weekend treatment until we could be seen on Monday (today is Saturday). We were seen by the Jennifer, a PA (titles dont really matter to us in this situation more than manners). She had other legitimate concerns that we had already spoken to our specialist about and had a plan to carry out. When she didnt agree, she became visibly upset and extremely rude. Mind you she was the one who told us she doesnt specialize in what we were going in for. However, she gave us what we asked for and what treatment our specialist told us to seek out. After treatment, my wife walks out to Jennifer discussing information about my wife with the receptionist! Thats a pretty big deal in the healthcare field. Jennifer looked startled to see my wife out of the room. When my wife apologized for the situation, Jennifer became increasingly rude and told her not to come back again while motioning her to leave now. I will be calling the owner, manager, or whoever to discuss this. COMPLETELY unacceptable and unprofessional.

Amazing Service! Weve been to A LOT of urgent care facilities. Dr. McRae was able to do STITCHES. Most urgent care doctors wont do them (Ive been sent to the ER for stiches by other urgent cares in the past) and he did an amazing job! Weve been here 3 times. Ive also taken kids here for sports physicals for $25. Cant beat that. Great staff, nice office decor, apple tv in the rooms (saved my 4 year old stitches patient), x-ray, antibiotics on sight and cheaper than Walgreens. Cant say enough good things. Wont go anywhere else. We were also taken into the back within 15 minutes. Im sure thats not always the case when things get busy or when there are harder cases, but weve always been taken back rather quickly. Even if it were an hour it sure beats the wait at the ER. Thanks Dr. McRae and staff!

Clean office, pleasant & friendly staff thru-out. Went in Saturday morning with 103 fever & sore throat (assuming I had strep). Wait was about 10 minute. Nice young lady took me in back, took my vitals and then sat in an exam room. Saw PA shortly after. She checked me out, and confirmed that visually it looked like strep. offered to do a swab which I declined as I was pretty sure I had strep as well. She recommended Amoxicillin and wrote me a prescription. I asked her the differences in types of penicillin and she discussed how various types worked. She offered to also write an option on the script for phram. to switch types for what is cheaper. Then she suggested they sell the Amox. there for $10, which I took & thought was great! Overall, very happy with this visit

I echo what almost everyone else has written. Its hard to think of giving a doctors office, let alone an Urgent Care facility, 5 stars, but it is truly what they deserve. My wife told me to try the place for a physical, as she had a very good experience. That visit, along with two others, and now I have chosen Dr McRae as my primary care physician. I appreciate Dr McRae and his helpfulness, but it is also his staff that made most of my three visits remarkable. There is just a genuine care and willingness to serve that is hard to put into words, but you are missing out if you dont try their office. They have gone the extra mile...

Best urgent care and family practice! Little to no wait on both family practice and urgent care side. Dr. McRae is the very BEST! He cares more than any other doctor I have seen for primary care. He really has gone out of his way to get to the bottom and find resolve for my health problems. The whole staff is caring and are so nice. I would recommend Health First to anyone!! :) Also there was a previous review saying they do not refill prescriptions... I have not had a problem with this at all other than for pain meds which for most, they legally cant authorize a refill until seeing you again anyway.
