I would never recommend this office to anyone, I have had numerous appointments and each time ran into some sort of issue. Extensive wait time, the staff scheduling me and I show up for them to tell me that they forgot to actually put me in the schedule. This is just the least of the things that I would advise friends/family/acquaintances against at my most recent visit I was treated with terrible disrespect and rudeness by Lydia Sims she got irate over me requesting a different Ultrasound office when I told her that the one she referred me to I wasnt comfortable with and proceed to slam the door so hard it shook the office. Once she came back into the office she was rude to me with a list of questions that I had, and proceeded to speak to me as if I was a child. The sarcasm, disrespect, and unprofessional-ism I experienced left me dumbfounded. If you value your worth,time, and right to have questions concerning your own health I would advise you to seek treatment elsewhere.

My experience with this office has been amazing. Dr. Bickley is the most helpful and attentive Doctor Ive ever been to. She listens and genuinely cares about simple questions and concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me to have the most beautiful and memorable experience with my second delivery and a much easier recovery. The office staff is great, they always scheduled appointments quickly and I love that they have the option for text reminders instead of phone calls. The wait time has never been long, which is incredible! One time I had to bring my toddler with me and the office staff helped me with her during the check up. Seriously I could go on and on about my experience, Ill be recommending Doctor Bickley as much as possible!

The receptionist was very kind and professional from the moment I came in. I then saw Dr. Bickley and I wanted to take the time to let it be known how comfortable and painless my experience was with her! I really appreciated her care and thoroughness throughout my visit! I had a simple wellness visit, and went over birth control options, during which Dr. Bickley took her time in educating me on my options. She is truly amazing i will be sure to continue giving her my business! I no longer dread those "woman maintenance" check ups!

I will never recommend Lydia Simms to anyone. I wouldnt even give them one star. Not only did they make me wait over a month for my test results she told me my fibroids would not cause me the pain I having. She said I had a bunch back in 2005 and now there all gone but one. There gone because I had an ablation in 2007. The one I have does cause me pain and is pushing into my bladder. These doctors are incompetent. Im sorry I ever went to this clinic.

People in the front of the office are so rude and talk over me when I try to explain and ask questions and THEN when I try and tell the doctor whats wrong she speaks over me and Wont let me finish my Sentence and when I describe the pain Im in she says its cuse Im pregnant
