Worst experience of my medical life. Government Care is likely more responsive then this facility. Ive been trying to see a specialist for more than three months and keep getting circled to various departments. After suffering from a serious skin condition and voicing my medical urgency; Im asked to go online and wait 48 hours for a response. Absolutely unacceptable treatment from a paying patron and deeply disappointed. After much frustration, I decided to contact a patient liaison. She has never returned my calls...3 months later. However, Im thankful that I was finally able to speak to her today.

Have only gone a few times, but scheduling personnel are good, nurses are on their game, and doctors are sharp and attentive to patients needs and concerns. Billing is done accurately and they always work with my insurance; Ive never had an error from Mayo. Cant ask for more.

They are just the best. After bouncing with several medical practitioners with really bad service and awful experiences, we found Mayo Clinic. Their service, care for people and sensibility for our personal needs its just impressive.
