Been to this and other Revere clinics, both their urgent care and appointment only facilities. Despite the urgent care model of some of their clinics, Ive not had to wait unusually long for care. They have speedy, electronic check in, which is nice. The service desk people have always been polite and professional. Id gladly complain about any bad medical services, but I have *nothing* to complain about regarding these clinics.

Said they were going to call me for my medicine and never did had to follow up on appointment and desk didnt know what I was talking about. When I actually did get to see a doctor they set me up with an appointment and didnt tell me the treatment was not covered by my insurance until right before the appointment. Didnt feel very well taken care of doctor was nice.

Been coming here to this Orem Doctor plaza for 30 years. Sad today felt like a step-child. Ignored, no personal interest in me or my needs. This clinic has turned into an over crowded, rushed, in-and-out sweat shop. =( Promised by a doctor to care for my needs, ignored by everyone else on staff. Poor communication. Very long waits, every time.

I had an appointment and even came early but ended up waiting for two or so hours while every other patient got in and got out. They dont keep the time slots open that they schedule for their patients. Time and time again they assured I would be taken back very shortly but it didnt happen
