after talking with doctor i felt very confident and relaxed. He himself answer many of the doubts i had based on his experience which i feel best about him. And based on his experience, he promised us that before fall i will get pregranent and it happened in oursecond IUI itself. For which i want to thank him and his team from deep of my heart. And his staff also fantastic, every time we asked any silly question they happily help us with proper guidance and instruction. Reception staff is also very helpful and cooperative for apoitnemnt schedule and other instructions.

He was always available by email or phone and it really helped us get thru difficult times. Now seeing our darling daughter smile makes all the difficult struggles worthwhile. Dr. Jacobs was great! He is very patient, empathetic and thorough. I truly feel like all of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. The staff at FCI is amazing. Kind, efficient and knowledgable. They turned a not so positive situation into a great experience. Michelle, Lisa and Helen are the ladies I saw regularly and I cannot say enough great things about them. Even the front desk staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs and his team at FCI.

FCI is a fanastic practice. Dr. Jacobs is honest, concise, professional and and thurough. Dr Jacobs is the BEST IVF doctor for me!! He is such a wonderful, kind, caring and gentle doctor. He takes time to explain things to you. I was surprised that he even takes the time to answer my email questions very promptly considering his busy schedule. I totally trust him with every medical decision and recommendation he has for me to have a successful IVF treatment. i just love him. He made my dream come true. :).

Very professional and supportive. They do a good job of taking the entire process of getting pregnant one step at a time. It can be overwhelming how much information we had to learn, so I am glad it was given to us as necessary. Dr. Jacobs has quick responses in times of panic and he and the nurse are easily available by e-mail for questions.
