Such an awful experience that could have be prevented. They refused to take me back to do my blood work because I had my baby with me. I had made an appointment and when they opened the door to call me back, she gave me one look and said oh we cant allow you to bring your baby back here. I was shocked. I have had a lot of labs done and never had an issue bringing my child with me. She asked an obvious question do you have anyone who can watch him? Obviously I did not. I told her how inconvenient this was and she pointed to a paper taped to the wall here is the supervisors number that you can call. They absolutely refused to see me. She explained what would we do with your baby if something happened to you? Okay, really? How likely is that? I think after the millions of blood draws I would know if I was prone to fainting. I dont need you to babysit me. And if in the very unlikely event a mother did faint, well, call CPS. A mom could faint anywhere or have a medical emergency - even at a Target. Should we ban mothers and their children from everything then? I felt so discriminated against because I was a mother - and I was at a hospital! We are new to SA and my husband has to work. This is a hospital where babies are born every day, you need to work WITH families not against. With such an over-the-top and extreme policy, you need to list this on your website WHERE YOU BOOK APPOINTMENTS. If you had done this, I would have saved so much time. After fasting, rearranging my schedule, working around my babys feeding and nap schedule, driving to your clinic, finding parking, all to be told I cant get my lab work done because I have a child is ridiculous. A 5 minute procedure turned into a nightmare. I recommend getting your blood work done at CPL labs as they are open on Saturdays.

This place is terrible. One staff member is running the whole show and she is so busy being defensive that she doesnt listen to you. She claimed to not have our orders despite me calling ahead and getting confirmation that they were there. The man on the phone gave me an estimate for our visit. As a result, those orders had to be OPENED so I know they were there (doctors offices also get confirmation when these orders are opened and my doctor--who I had to have paged from the Quest clinic--told me those orders had been received by Quest). Magically, they were not there and this woman could not find them. So my daughter, the one getting the blood draw and sitting in the waiting room with a STOOL SAMPLE in her lap, had to take her routine, time-sensitive medication THREE HOURS late. A 15 minute blood draw took two hours!!!! And we were only third in line and got to the lab 10 minutes before opening time. What a train wreck this place is. Ive never received such horrible customer service or patient care.

Excellent service, Yvonne checked me in, she was professional, courteous and friendly. I told her I have anxiety about my blood being drawn. When Mike L. Called me back, Yvonne let him know about my anxiety; Mike L. was amazing, he was calming and engaged me in a witty conversation that calmed my nerves but most important he excellent at what he does, one try and he had my blood drawn without any pain, I barely noticed the needle. This is great location to have blood test taken.

Apparently they love losing lab orders. Theyre there one day, wife wasnt fasting so she had to return later and then magically gone. An entire morning wasted. These people just dont get it.

I took my chances and arrived without an appointment at 11:50 am. I was in my car leaving the parking lot at 12:05 pm. WOW!
