On August 4, 2015 at approximately 1pm, I called the Quest Diagnostics, Bulverde location to inquire about their taking walk-ins for a drug test requested by a new employer. The young lady who answered the phone, informed me that their drug-test machine (I assume unine analyzer) was broken. I asked if it would be working tomorrow, and she said "Probably not, its broken all week". Then today, August 5, 2015, at approximatley 11am, I telephoned the clinic for the same thing, and was informed that I could come down for the test. I showed up at 11:20am, signed-in and was instructed to sit down, and shed get back with me. There was only 1 other person waiting, and who needed blood work. At 11:45a the receptionist asked how she could help me, and I told her I was there for a drug test. She said, Im sorry, the technician who does that just left, and wont be back until tomorrow morning. I looked at the clock directly behind her chair, it read 11:48. I was upset, but said Id like to come back tomorrow. She told me they were booked solid, no openings, but that I could go to another clinic. I told her I live in the Bulverde area, and could wait, and to let me know when the next available appointment was. She offers an agitated look, and gets on her computer. A minuet later the phone rings, she looks at the caller ID and tells me that she has to take this call, and promptly disappears to the back. I waited 3 minuets, and got disgusted with the way Id been treated and walked out. While departing the parking lot, I saw the technician who had left early, he was sitting in his car texting or emailing with his smartphone. I was upset to say the least, and went straight home to write this review. The people I was exposed to at this Quest Diagnostics location are the worst employees of any busniess Ive had the displeasure of being subjected to. They absolutely stink, and are completely unprofessional. Dont waste your time, and go somewhere else.
