Although their direct patient care is excelling, theyre not too efficient with phone calls. Maybe it was a miscommunication, but they seemed rushed, I didnt even have time to explain the situation, and I was put on hold for more than 3 times. I understand they just want to get things straight but theres a better way of doing it. They honestly sounded like they didnt "want" to even help me with settling my prescription. I have been there a few times for my previous check ups, and the nurses and doctors working with me have been fine. However, the ladies at the front desk definitely need to be more friendly. Just because your on the other line and I cannot physically see you, doesnt mean that I do not know how you really feel about talking to your regular patients on the phone. People can always tell by the tone of your voice. So smile a bit, talk calmly, and make it seem like you care a bit. Other than that, thank you for the great direct patient care.

I love the physician that I see and the nurses are absolutely awesome. They are very friendly and accommodating The front staff is another matter. They are plain rude, unfriendly and argumentative. Every time I have to call for an appointment, I cringe. But overall, I am still happy to be with this practice.

Theyre always friendly and take the time to make sure your needs are met. The front the staff is always courteous to us (not sure what the complaining is about in other reviews). They do a good job fitting in sick visits.
