never seen someone as doctor here, that here to belittle someone who can for medical help! this is where medical doctors have gone. life to the one i seem was very not importane he was too business and h would not treat me as patient though they couldnt decline people once they was seen at a medical group how legal is this treatment. decline medical treatment to me very sad where medical care has gone. cant rate it anything for the way he said i couldnt be treat their medically as a patient! who can tell me if this is legal to ne treat this way by a doctor. n he more care but to tell me off about something he didnt like!

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS DRS OFFICE. EXETREMELY LONG WAIT TIMES. THEY LOST MY DAUGHTERS BLOODWORK. THEY LOST PAPERWORK FOR MY DAUGHTERS JOB N MADE ME WAIT 45 MINS TO TELL ME THEY CANT FIND. I CAME BACK THE NEXT BC THEY FINALLY FOUND IT N THEN I HAD TO WAIT OVER 30 MINS TO GET IT. I LOST MY TEMPER WITH THE MGR BC THEY SCHEDULED ME AN APPT N WHEN I GOT THERE THEY TOLD ME I HAD NO INSURANCE N THAT THEY KNEW THIS YESTERDAY N SOMEONE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL TO TELL N RESCHEDULE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! THEY SENT ME A CERTIFIED LETTER STATING I COULD NOT BE SEEN THERE ANYMORE BUT THE KIDS COULD. I FOUND ANOTHER DR FOR N THE KIDS.

Want to lose all faith in the medical profession? Go here. Horrific service. No matter what you illness, you will get a referral. The doctors are do not treat you they just hand out referral slips. Two-three hour wait times, lost medical records and blood work. Call for a prescription refill over the phone and you are charged $135. Unbelievable.

WORST DOCTOR OFFICE EVER!! I took my kids and they didnt even had me sign the hippa form or privacy of notice and as a medical assistant I know how horrible that is no type of professionalism at all they are all over the place. Bright oaks clinic in bel air is the best!!!!

Worst and dirtiest physicians office Ive ever seen. Their fax machine must be over at the McDonalds because they never seem to receive their faxes ???? Three calls for test results with no call back. They could care less.

Rude. Horrible phone etiquette. Front office staff act like they hate their job. Very unprofessional in their dealings with patients. If I could post this without giving them 1 star I would.
