Terrible customer service. We moved and I needed a new eye doctor. I was a new patient who came for my annual (small copay) eye exam. The doctor was fine but wanted to run a few more tests on my eyes. I thought it odd that they did not just do the tests while I was there and my eyes were already dilated, but OK, I am a new patient. I dont know their processes. I came for the tests as requested although I still thought the process was odd. What was done was similar to what my previous eye doctor had done during my annual office visit. Staff failed to tell me they were billing my medical insurance for these additional tests. I received a large bill in the mail. When I called to complain, I was told that the staff were busy and should not be expected to explain this to customers. I was made to feel like it was my fault that I did not ask more questions. I did not feel the staff were approachable with questions. I was further told that my bill was "already discounted" and I would be responsible for the full amount. Already discounted? They charged me the contracted, agreed upon rate between them and my insurance company. There was no "discount." If I werent so angry, I would laugh at that. I was also told that someone from management would be calling me to follow up on my complaint (but not to expect a change in the charges). I have not heard further from anyone. I will be asking for the results of my expensive tests and seeking eye care elsewhere for my next annual exam.

I received a call, asking for my husband. No intro, "Hi my name is, Im calling, his dr referred us to call... And schedule a... routine.. Apt. I watch over all the appts, putin the calendar. My husband had just switched to a new primary care, my doc. He is awesome. And thorough. But hubby not splain to me, about this test, caught me off guard, the girl had the manners of a " warthog", was as mean, too. I said, HE JUST HAD AN EYE EXAM, AND BRAND NEW GLASSES! "Well, this is a special test, can u email them n see...? " Them call Dr...? " I said No! Thats your job! I will call his doc, see if the test was done. If not will make apt, there. I then will message, his, PCP. IM A BUSY PERSON. READY TO WALK OUT THE DOOR, I DONT KNOW YOU GUYS, FROM ADAM. HER LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROVOKED ME---I have a terrible short term memory problem, concussion... ...

This doctors office is terrible. Uncaring, unprofessional. They cannot stick to a schedule. The patient has to wait for over an hour after their scheduled appointment to finally see the doctor at each office visit. Do not go there unless you have no other option. Also, make sure that the particular doctor that you are scheduled to see accepts your insurance. You must do the checking - desk personnel will always say that you are covered...they like to pad their bill by demanding unnecessary tests. Never reschedule an appointment because you will earn demerits toward dismissal from the practice.

Dr. Leonardo removed cataracts from both eyes. She and Karen Delgado, the scheduling nurse (as well as everyone else) made a confusing and complicated procedure easy to understand. I have a complex eye condition that meant that some judgment calls had to be made in terms of the replacement lenses; every question I had was answered clearly and with confidence. Everyone was completely professional and very organized. I must have had eight appointments in all, and I was never kept waiting--if they had time, they took me early. I would strongly recommend the group.

If I could give a negative zero stars I totally would. Drs are great cant complain about them. The staff specifically office management and office secretaries are rude and very uncaring when you call to file a complaint what they do is try to blame you the customer stating that you are under high stress. My stress should not affect how the staff treats me. If it werent for my daughter serious medical condition I wouldve stopped going there along time ago. Im so disgusted at the fact that they think they can constantly disrespect you.

Ive been coming here for years, but this is ridiculous. I wasnt sent the paperwork that they said I needed, so I came in half an hour early to make sure I got it. It was 1 SHEET, and I wrote my name and birth date. I got in and got pre-screened, but I didnt realize my 3:00 appointment meant that I wouldnt even see the doctor until after 4:00. (I still havent gotten in to see him yet.) I wouldnt have made other important appointments after this if Id known it would be an all day affair.

Had to wait nearly two hours past the appointment time before being seen without any employee even telling us the doctor is running behind. When the doctor did arrive, he never apologized for being late. Had previous appointments at this facility where I had to wait for an extended period of time. I visit many doctors offices and specialist daily and this is one of my least favorite practices.

Dr. Pavlica is an excellent doctor. I have always received excellent care from him. The young woman who did my preliminary screening and administered the eye drops was pleasant and efficient. She also performed a test that was ordered. The women who check in patients and check out patients were also efficient but were not as pleasant as the rest of the staff.

Just got back from my appointment @ Family Eye Group. There staff is always pleasant and waiting time is right on... Dr. Nguyen is wonderful she takes her time to explain everything.

They make you wait forever even though you had an appointment. My mother-law had an 11:15 appt and didnt get in until 12:30 and probably because I made a scene. Its ridiculous.

Im in here all the time, and the staff is always professional, warm, and welcoming. They are always so incredibly helpful, and Im happy to call it my home away from home!

Great experience. Cataract surgery with Dr. Leonardo went better than expected. She was very patient and kind throughout the journey.
