Perfect, as always. Dr. Kennedy is not just great at the technical aspects of his job, but his bedside manner is wonderful. There are not many times I can say that I look forward to going to any kind of doctors office, but every experience I have had at Perspective Eyecare (Belleville) has made me look forward to my next visit. Most importantly, my prescription was spot-on. At one time or another, I have interacted with every person on their team and I am left with nothing but positive feelings about every single one of them. My assumption is that they treat patients well because they are treated well, and this comes from the facts that the intra-office atmosphere is pleasant and that the same people are working there every time I have visited. Insurance processing and payments are done quickly and without hassle. The sales floor/waiting area is immaculate. With a million square feet of glass, between the storefront windows to the display cases, I would expect an occasional smudge or something, but the entire place sparkles. While I have never taken advantage of the refreshments offered, they have coffee available (Keurig options, not Maxwell House) and individual bottled waters. This blew me away because there are most cost-efficient ways to offer beverages to clientele, but this is just one example of how they do more than what is expected. By nature, Im a fairly critical person, but thinking of something they could do to improve the patient experience is something which eludes me.

Dr Kennedy was great with my daughter and made funny kid friendly jokes. He even took the time to show me what my daughter was seeing without glasses. I can tell he really enjoys his job and is passionate about eye care.
