I think that the staff from the Doctor to the front desk staff gave myself and son outstanding customer service. From the girls up front who helped us pick our glasses out, one processed our copay and they even helped us decide what glasses we looked good in. They told us what the insurance covered and did not cover on my insurance. Just all around great fun to go there and they were all so very friendly and nice and they were all very professional. It was a great experience to go into there! Thank you Dr. and the whole staff. It is very much appreciated! I look forward to bringing my daughter in a couple of weeks. Sincerely, Jim and Eddie S.

I went to this place to get my wife a pair of sunglasses as a surprise. They worked with me to ensure that she did not know about it, and even changed her phone number in the computer so she would not get an automated call, ruining the surprise. There was a problem with the order/manufacturing/shipping - some type of internal issue. This made the order arrive late, and we had a problem with the glasses themselves when they finally came in. They handled the problem professionally, and my wife left happy, but I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the problem.

I have had an on again, off again relationship with this practice, in part because their office staff has been rude and unhelpful, and in part because I have had more than one experience where the prescription I get is not quite right... Dr. Sandles was a great doctor, and this practice does not live up to his level of service. They are more interested in selling profitable contact brands than having you stick with what works well for you. They even make obtaining records an impossibility. I will not be going back.

My family and I went in today and received great treatment. A very happy and friendly staff greeted us. The way they examined our eyes and prescribed treatment was very professional and the appointment for ALL 3 of us took about an Hr. Our little one was unhappy and crying because she didnt need any "cool" glasses and the team had an answer for that as well and made sure we left happy! Thank You so much ladies and Dr. Scheinker for a pleasant experience!
