Dr. Wilson and his staff are amazing. I chose this place based on the great reviews on other websites and had my first appointment today. The staff are extremely patient and friendly. Dr. Wilson is very professional but also very friendly, answered any questions I had, and was very knowledgeable. As for the other review about pushing sales, Dr. Wilson offered me great financial options and explained them to me in great detail ONLY AFTER I questioned him about cost. He did make a recommendation that I purchase glasses in addition to the contacts I went for, I declined, and that was that. No pushiness. I am so pleased with my decision and will definitely return should I need vision services in the future!

My first pair of glasses were perfect here, instant eye relief. My second pair wasnt quite right and they redid the exam, for same results but decided to cut back on the script and re cut the lenses, Id say thats pretty good customer service. Im picking up the redo today, I hope they dont bother me, I think its less the script and more to do with the "curve" I was told was cut into the right lense, but it was the office lady who told me that the Dr didnt seem to know what I was talking about when I mentioned it. Ive never experienced high pressure sales here.

Ive never had a problem here or been pushed or persuaded to buy anything, ive been going since I was a kid. The doctor is nice and the ladies up front are friendly and helpful. I have been going here since I was a kid, tried other places and they just dont compare. Ive never had a problem, but I remember having major differing opinion in glasses style as a kid, suggestions were meaningless to me but when I began wearing contacts I didnt care as much about my glasses.

1- I got examined. bought two glasses, spent over $580 out of pocket money on top of insurance. 2- Result I can not see well with either glass, I get dizzy and square objects appear longer on the right side from the left side. 3- I complained of issues and was advised to keep wearing it till I get used to It for 2-3 weeks however no improvement even after 2 or 3 months. 4- after 4 visits and complains, they refuse to correct there work

Dr. Wilson has been seeing me since 2006. Aside from the always on time exam that is through and fast , their selection of frames and sunglasses is extensive. Even if you dont need an eye exam, I would suggest stopping in for some sweet sunglasses.
