This place sucks...there is a complain system. But that is for name sake. Anytime you want to take an appointment, you have to talk to a nurse which takes hours and sometimes you dont get a call back. If a patient is sick and he/she wants to see a doctor, then why cant they just be given an appointment? Moreover the nurse will argue with you why you can or cant see a particular doctor. Is nt it the patients choice? The patient should be able to say which doctor they want to see. After all they are paying for it. You are given 100 excuses of why there is a system like this. There seenms to be lot of gap between the doctors and the management there. Please stay away from this place if u can...will save u lot of trouble...

I have been going here for ten years and have never had a bad experience. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes, except when I went in without an appointment. The doctors and nurses were always competent and caring. My Doctor has always had plenty of time, even when it was clear he was tired from over work. he even gave me his private number when I was going through a difficult physical problem. My experience has been nothing but exceptional.
