One of the worst and most disgusting places I have ever been to. I was examined by a receptionist who did NOT clean the chin cup and forehead holder before or after I used it. GROSS! From there it got worse. The optometrist did not wash her hands BEFORE or AFTER examining me, nor did she clean the equipment prior to use. The lack of basic hand hygiene and infection control procedures are appalling! I raced home and washed my face with anti-bacterials to prevent any kind of infection. Then the reception/check out desk were to busy putting down other patients and reading magazines. I was told by an obese blonde lady to "siddown" till we call you, but not before snatching my credit card. The lack of hygiene and professionalism in this office will be reported by me to the state. Stay away from this disgusting and vile place.

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE Ive ever had! DO NOT GO HERE! Doctors there are so unprofessional and Lowe is a pervert!!!! Manager is even worse! Blames the patients when things go wrong and lies. Shes didnt make things right when she said she would. I CANT SAY THIS STRONGLY ENOUGH....DONT GO HERE!! On top of all of this its the most expensive place to go!!!!

I need a minor repair on my eyeglasses.They took care of me right away and did not charge me a dime. They were friendly and very helpful. Check them out on google maps as they have parking in the rear that is accessible from an ally. This shows up on the satellite image. I recommend them.

Tried to charge an additional $80-160 fee for "contact fitting." The man, or should I say child, working the front desk was extremely rude about how it was mandatory. He had no manners. No other place charges this much. Really run down looking office too!
