Sara Chance is wonderful. If it were just her I had to think about, I would continue to come here for my primary care. However, while the rest of the staff is polite, they are horrible about communicating and explaining anything to their patients. First, I was scheduled as an office visit instead of a physical just because I mentioned my pre-existing conditions on the phone call, and this was NOT clarified with me on the call or I would have corrected her. Second, when I called for a medication refill for a non-narcotic, non-steroid, low-risk allergy medication, I was told that they could not refill it until I had additional testing done- testing I hadnt done because I wasnt even able to afford my office visit, let alone another test! Third, their billing department (which is not this office but all Baptist Primary Care, Im sure) is full of rude, unhelpful people who treat you like youre stupid and just trying to wiggle out of what you owe. I work in the medical field, and I have to explain everything from medical conditions to procedures to billing and insurance protocol to patients, and somehow I manage to leave them feeling respected. Im not really sure what the excuse is here, but denying a patient medication when theres no clinical reason to do so and being curt with that patient is unforgivable. Go somewhere where the staff actually gives a damn about you.

The doctor misdiagnosed my condition. The issue was identified once I went to the hospital. The lab within their facility produced incorrect analysis of blood work. The lab work from the hospital yielded different results. The two blood test were taken within hours of each other. The doctor also refused to write prescriptions for non-narcotic drugs that previous physicians have written without an issue. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Worst primary care Ive ever experienced. I would never recommend this facility to anyone and I will travel to the other side of town before ever visiting there again. The staff was extremely rude, horrible at calling patients back, and Donna didnt follow up on anything she promised to take care of. 2 thumbs down and I put 1 star because I couldnt rate any lower. Very disappointing

BPC is an awesome place to go for your health care needs! Dr. Ricci and all of her staff really listens to you about any concerns that you may have. Weve been a patient of hers since 1999 and wouldnt change at all! Additionally, they are funny and really make you feel like an important person, focusing of you and you only at your visit.

I waited an hour and never saw Dr Rochet. Go somewhere else so you dont waste your time. No one else was in the office so I dont know what the delay was. I asked if this was a standard wait time and was told by the receptionist that indeed it was.

The wait time is always extremely long. Last visit was a wait of over 50 minutes for a prescription refill. Find another office if time is a concern.
