Other than having to wait for a long time as Dr. Picerno was very busy, I have been very happy with the staff in his office, especially Michelle. All my questions were answered in a very friendly manner. Even providing me with a pair of glasses when I forgot my "readers"!! I didnt have to wait and when I saw Dr. Picerno, he was attentive to my questions, answered them to the point and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and care. I have an appointment in 6 months from now but feel comfortable that if I should have a question I can call at any time. Thank you.

Everyone is friendly, and they seem to genuinely care about their patients. I see them helping people in the waiting room, who are struggling to move around, or just complete paperwork. Dr. Picerno and his staff always take good care of me. His nurse Autum is always helpful. I would not go anywhere else for my orthopedic needs. There is something special about Dr. Picerno, Ive never had a Dr. listen and show so much compassion. I know I am getting the best care at JOI. THANK YOU ALL!

I was in Jacksonville for a vacation when I fell and fractured my hip. My experience began in the ER where they determined that I needed a hip replacement. Dr. Solis was amazing. Surgery went great. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to travel. JOI was able to incorporate a follow up appointment prior to my departure. Thank you Dr. Solis for caring for me for those 5 days while I was in the hospital and far from home!

I liked how you were willing and able to work me in at last minute notice after CareSpot had diagnosed a fracture, the ease with which you could connect and access my x-rays, and then the calm, no-nonsense approach that Dr. Solis took in giving me good, practical advice on dealing with my fracture conservatively and putting my mind at ease about how to deal with it practically. Thank you!

I have been a nurse 38 years and have even run my own surgery center . I have never experienced such a warm and welcoming office . The entire staff was helpful and friendly !! They genuinely love their jobs and care about the patients . Dr Manuel was wonderful also . She made me feel very relaxed and she was very reassuring !!! I cant begin to thank the entire office enough !!!

My experience at S. Baptist Jacksonville Orthopedist was pleasurable. Dr. Stolis put me at ease and was very explicit in his explanation of my knee problem. He gave me a cortisone shot and recommended me to a fellow practionioner who would be a surgeon for me to talk to about a knee replacement. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The morning front desk staff was patient and helpful, especially with an almost at-capacity waiting room. Dr. Solis was friendly and attentive. He was careful during his examination of my toe and foot, thoroughly reviewed my X-ray and explained the timeline for healing. I highly recommend Dr. Solis and Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute.

Pleasant office, fast service. The doctor, Dr. Gregory Solis, was easy to talk to and he listens to you. The xray technician was easy to work with. All the services I needed took place while I was there on my first visit and I did not have to make another appointment to have anything done before the final diagnosis.
