Reading these other posts, I felt like I should add my own 2 cents. I have been with this practice for about a year now. Some of their staff are indeed less than stellar. But, there are some that are quite friendly. One of the front desk people seems to be fairly standoffish, while another is very pleasant. Barb is the one I have the most issues with. Her personality is very terse and almost sarcastic. To me, if you are dealing with the public, especially sick people, you need much better bedside manner. As for people saying that they are in no hurry to get you in. I agree and disagree. If you are trying to get in to see a specific doctor, good luck getting in right away. If you are sick and just need to see someone right away, they will accomodate. In general, I like the actual physicians they have. Their desk staff could be better. But, the quality of the physician is what I choose a doctor for. The desk staff is whatever to me. They will most likely be gone in a month anyways. I rarely see familiar faces there.

I wouldnt even give them one star if I didnt have to. I made a google acct just to warn people of this place. I have had several problems with this doctors office including recently trying to get my very important prescription Ive taken my whole life filled and was told Id have to wait over a month till my doctor got back from vaca because the other Doctor didnt want to write it for me!!! That was the last straw for me. The staff is very rude and slow they never return calls and they never rush to get you in to be seen. Please take yourself and your family elsewhere because I know I will be.

Absolutely the rudest people work there, called to talk to a nurse and actually hung up on her. This place used to be fantastic, so sad what it has turned into. I will never go back.
