If I could give 5000 stars, I would!!! Ive been seeing Dr. Wagner for nearly 15 years, since I was in my teens and have continued to see him into adulthood. He is now not only my POP but my husbands and childrens as well. As other reviewers have stated he goes out of his way to make sure all your questions are answered. He works with you to address your health concerns, rather than just telling you what to do. He wants to make sure you and him are on the same page and comfortable. And he goes out of his way to care for his patients. I had my first child a few years ago and struggled with breastfeeding and broke down in his office while at my sons first well baby appointment. The appointment happened to fall on a Friday. That Sunday he called and said he just wanted to check in to see how I was feeling. What doctor calls on a Sunday?!?! I was so touched! And as I write this review now, I just got off the phone with him now, nearly 3 hours after the office has closed, to let me know he called in a prescription for my son who has an eye infection. He rarely takes new patients anymore because he has so many patients that love him and refuse to leave, but if they by chance say Dr. Wagner is accepting new patients TAKE IT!

Dr. Wagner is a wonderful, caring, genuine doctor. His appointment waiting time is minimal, which is a compliment to his scheduling personnel. My husband had a vertebra surgery several years ago. I recognized serious behavior a few days after he was discharged from the hospital. My husbands surgeon blew it off when I called with my concerns. I reached out to the pharmacist at Giant Eagle, Norton Road, via phone. She read numerous sources and urged me to contact my husbands surgeon, as the opiate being taken was stacking (not being processed/eliminated) in his body. Again, the staff at the surgeons office blew it off, when I called. I stopped giving my husband his opiate, and reached out to Dr. Wagner, knowing doctors do not interfere when being treated by another doctor. However, Dr. Wagners staff conveyed the situation, and my husband was seen by Dr. Wagner the next day. His first comment was he worried all night about my husband. How many doctors do that? My husband cannot take any narcotics, as the outcome could be catastrophic. We have both the pharmacist (Victoria) at Giant Eagle, and Dr. Wagner to thank ~ for going over and beyond in helping with our serious circumstance.

Dr Wagner is the finest doctor/human being I have ever encountered. Not only is his medical knowledge superior, his compassion and understanding is something all doctors would do well to emulate. His staff is always courteous and helpful and above all, they listen. He listens, he never makes you feel rushed or disregards your concerns. I have referred many people to his practice and still to this day I get thanks from them. I can not recommend him highly enough.
