I have been seeing Dr. Underwood since I was 6months old. His office workers have always been the absolute worst. Now, at the intracoastal location, it has never been this bad. The black woman at the front desk is a rude, impolite person that does not give 2 damns about you or your problems. The billing department constantly makes mistakes and double, triple, even quadruple bills for things youve already paid for multiple times. The medical records department obviously does not check their messages as I have been waiting 3 days to be told I can come pick up my x-ray and MRI results from months ago, with still no call back. Now I have to wait an extra 2 days before I can get my crippling sciatica taken care of. The front desk ignores call on purpose...I sat in the office and called the front desk and watched the black woman look at it and look away continuing her conversation with a coworker who also ignored the call. They are extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this office unless Dr. Underwood get staff that is actually worth a damn. Good day. I SAID GOOD DAY!

Dr. Green was absolutely the worst doctor. He was rude treated me like a drug addict. I have chronic neck and back pain that is well documented in the practice considering Ive been going to them for 5 years. He not only treated me as a drug user which is not the case since Ive been on the same scripts for 5 years. He didnt not treat or address my other concerns. He spent a total of 5 minutes in the room with me. And then talked down to me like I was stupid and a drug seeker. I am in the medical field and am not stupid to the ways of the do toes office considering I worked there for r years. I loved woeking there but being a patient there is an absolute joke.

Staff needs to be A LOT more careful about making sure they call the right phone numbers. I am NOT a patient and yet got a voicemail for someone else (I know HIPPA, Ive worked in the medical field years..) where the person calling from the clinic said a full name, details of medications, lab results and etc. I feel bad knowing the patient it was meant for now has had their info left on my voicemail. Will be calling office to let them know, but this is a total disrespect of privacy. Please be aware and check numbers..

When the Beaches office closed I was moved to this office and have had the worst experience every time I go there. Staff is incompetent and rude, the "Doctors" are nowhere to be seen and Im always meeting with assistants who have questionable medical knowledge at best. Good luck getting anywhere by calling them, youll be on hold for 30 minutes before youre sent to voice mail. Very poor service, do not recommend.

Erickson is a horrible doctor, doesnt put much effort into her job. Extremely hard to get a hold of her, wait hours everytime, even when you come early for an appt, and spends about 5 minutes with you at most. Waited weeks after multiple voicemails and calls to get a prescription refill. This is my first review on anyone ever. I definately recommend getting a different doctor.

The "office" is huge and looks like the inside of an old and cheap abandoned mall. I waited forever to see the medical assistant and then the doctor, I was there for over 1.5 hrs (I had an appt) and saw the doctor for maybe 5 minutes? I was not impressed, my assessment felt rushed and she seemed quite uninterested. Ill keep looking for a more thorough primary care physician.

I just started going here to see Dr Green over the last couple of months. Every visit so far has been exceptional! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and I have been in and out in record time. Keep up the GREAT work!

I am blind, the staffis very helpful and i did not wait hours. The doctor I seen was very honest. I have not liked many doctors for a primary but was very happy here and will continue with them.
