Awful dental office. Every 6 months my hygenisist changes because they leave the practice. Their phone lines are always busy so you have to leave a voicemail and they never return your calls. Their periodontist is a quack. But today was the final straw for me- I received an appointment reminder phone call to confirm my Saturday appointment. I showed up to my appointment and was told that not only did I have no appointment on record, and that there was no record of a phone call made to me, but that they had an appointment scheduled for March that the front office staff deleted. My original appointment was made 6 months ago and confirmed on the Wednesday prior to the appointment. There are better dentists and more friendly staff literally anywhere. Done with Carus and their unorganized unfriendly practice.

Full disclosure, Carus Dental is a DMO so they have stricter guidelines and procedures but that does not take away from this awesome practice. I choose to see Dr. Thomas and Caitlin. Dr. Thomas has a terrific bedside manner and she makes you feel at ease even though you are at the dentist! She remembers personal details and really provides top notch patient care. Caitlin is a terrific hygienist - she is so personable and friendly that it is FUN to get your teeth cleaned. Go see Carus Dental for the best dental care!

Everyone who works here that I have interacted with is very nice. I didnt know this dentist was terrible until I went to a new dentist. I had six fillings and one crown done at Carus…they ALL had to be redone at my new dentist. Thats $300 out of my pocket. All of the fillings still have a good amount of cavity underneath them. I have a feeling this was done on purpose because I was warned that I may need Root Canals, which my new dentist proved wrong with filling the cavities without a problem.

Carus Dental is an entry level "dentist" office. Need your teeth cleaned? Thats probably safe. Need anything more than that? Go somewhere else. This "dentist" office did SEVERAL thousands of dollars of damages to mine, my dads, and two of my brothers teeth. We have literally had to have oral surgeries (extractions, bone grafts, etc.) to fix what they did. Id give it 0 stars if it were possible.

Caitlin was my hygienists, she was awesome! And tbe dentist didnt rush me, she explained my ehole treatment plan. I was very pleased with my visit!!
