Extremely disappointed with the service of assessing and revising my sons lip and tongue ties when he was 2 weeks old. After having several issues after the lip tie revision (dr said there was no tongue tie) I went back 2 months later to have them make sure everything was ok. Dr. Insisted the lip tie was done successfully and again noted no issues with the tongue. Fast forward to 10 months old and my son has fallen off his growth curve and has swallowing issues with solid food. I took him for a second opinion to a pediatric ENT and both the ENT Dr and lactation consultant identified an incomplete lip tie revision PLUS a tongue tie. Now my son will need to have 2 procedures done at almost 11 months old which could have been fixed when he was two weeks old. I feel like this office failed me. Im just glad I stuck with my gut because if this went unnoticed it could have caused future problems such as speech and dental issues.

Staff and doctors are the best and make the boys feel comfortable. My sons are actually excited to go to the dentist.
