I dont even want to give one star but I have no choice. 0 stars for this office. At the referral of a friend I started seeing Dr. Siddiqua. She is very nice but her visits always ran around 30 min. late. And she spent maybe 5 min. in the room speaking very quickly and rushed. She was always apologizing saying that patients run late. I took my toddler for her check up but she was actually sick so I decided to keep the appointment. The nurse at the desk said due to my being 15 min. late I would have to reschedule. I explained my child is sick (I had to pull over and check on her because she was dry heaving on the car ride). I said I really need her to see the doctor. They said, no exceptions, reschedule. I asked to speak to a supervisor, the "manager" said the same thing. I told them to discharge me and I will take my child somewhere else where she can be seen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEGLIGENT OFFICE.

First the pros:I love Dr. Siddiqua. Both my kids have been going there for about two years. She is very fast but efficient. She answers all my questions. She is honest. She provides not only text book answers but real life answers. (If you know what I mean) The wait time is average.... She pierced my daughters ears, and the process was great! Now the Cons: During the winter months the facility is cold. It seems colder in certain rooms but its due to the large windows and poor insulations. I had to undress my newborn in a cold room. ;( The staff does not work with you if your late. You have to suck it up and reschedule, and get charged a fee. ( I know, I should be on time, but stuff happens with kids, I would love for her staff to at least try to work us in or something. Show more compassion) -- But this is my honest rating and review.

One child has the flu and its friday. They refuse to send in a script for Tamiflu for my other one so that its not an urgent care bill over the weekend.. So I guess with the 30 minute international call bill Ill have to pay because they kept me on hold for 20 minutes (Im out of the country), there will also be an emergency bill to cover. No proactive messures, if your not paying for a doctor visit, they are not concerned with your childs health. The doctors were too busy to take my multiple calls and i was left with the councel of the office manager?! Unacceptable service for a pedi doctor. My children have been patients here for about 2 years, and the one needing a call in script is asthmatic meaning care should be proactive instead of reactive. They have been mediocre up until now, but this is the straw that breaks the camels back.

Scheduled a Saturday appt 5 mins late I was told my daughter couldnt be seen for her eczema cream, I disregarded the rushed visits Im not fond of sitting and eaiting on doctors for long periods of time. My daughter has had eczema since birth practically so to call in a script was simply a decision to do so, Im looking for more reliable compassionate pediatricians in my area never taking my kids back there. Disgusted parent

Worst place to get a babys ears pierced. The tech struggled to get the dots marked and after trying several times she still got them wrong. They are asymmetrical. She insisted they look perfect and was pressuring us to proceed because the numbing cream was going to wear off. Do not bring your baby here!!

Every time we go to this pediatric they charge us $15 plus our insurance. They sent me a bill out of nowhere saying we owe $15. I never missed to pay anything. I was very upset with them. I do not recommend anyone going to this clinic. I will never go back to them and waste my money.
