Let me just start off by saying this... I LOVEEE this place! Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and I just wanted to give a special shout-out to Katoya, Paul and Martha! I was really sick one time and I couldnt handle it. I was going to go to my pediatrician, but they were closed. So my mom decided to take me to this place and let me just say — Im so blessed and privileged to have met the staff and gotten to become great friends with all of them! Katoya was SO amazing and a HUGE blessing to my life and my familys.. And I was so devastated to find out that she is moving in a few days... but when she leaves, she will take part of my heart with her. I will never forget that one time I was sick and seeing her brightened up my day (even in my worst of moods!) She had given me a journal to write in and it was so beautiful! Paul is amazing as well. He always takes the time out to listen to my needs and hed always ask how my day is. Martha is just as amazing as these two are.. Look, I could go on and on about this amazing staff.. But lets just say, they will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart! I wanted to say this also.. Rating places and giving reviews have never urged me to do so (I am 16, almost 17 years old by the way) but this place is outstanding. I definitely recommend it. ☺ Love, Kalynn Martinez

I experienced a huge conflict in information which led to a huge waste of time. Their staff is ill informed to the scope and information of services they provide. I drove over an hour to get to this facility because it is the only urgent care facility that was open until five that took my insurance and I needed someone to provide stitches. I called customer service and they verified that they can do the procedure and assured me that they could do it if I got there before they closed. I explained my situation and told them that the incident happened that morning. I arrived just before they closed and the staff member told me that the physician would not even do anything because the company policy was that they did not do anything after a six hour window. Plus though my insurance and customer service both said that they take my insurance the gentleman at the facility couldnt verify it. I wont waste my time going here again.

This is my last time ever going to thus place. Nor will I ever refer anyone here. Ive been going here for years off and on. When I had insurance because the $50 copay was cheaper than the $150 ER fee. But Ive never had an enjoyable experience here. Everyone has the attitude of a wet mop, and are rude. This last time I signed up for advantage care, paid $130 for 4 months and a prescription for an inhaler. I havent had to return until now and my advantage care was canceled because my credit card was canceled. Needless to say, I was refused service unless I pay for 4 more months that I probably wont use. Whatever the case, Ill never return to this insensitive place that has no compassion for its long term patients. And no I dont want to contact anyone from this place to discuss anything. We already know what kind of people run this place

Fast and great service! I brought my daughter in to be seen for cough and congestion. We really had no waiting time which was great because my 4yo can be impatient. The front desk staff Chaning was very welcoming and friendly. Martha themedical assistant was great at making my daughter feel comfortable and making the visit easy. She did not cry which was great! John Roker was absolutely awesome with my daughter. She was able to comfortably communicate with him and he was great at listening to her. Dr. Roker provided me with great advice on how to help my daughter feel and get better. To this day my daughter is doing veey well. The care the team provided my daughter with was great!

Extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism. I visited the Sugarland location. Unfortunately the iPad system did not work, long story short I was not made aware of he charges and Nextcare is not taking responsibility although they state they gave me an approximate. The information that was shared with me was dishonest. Also, was told that my labs would be sent for culture (this didnt happen either) they never sent my labs to be cultured. I am beyond dissatisfied. I feel for the other patient "man" who was visiting at the same time i was there. Save yourself the hassle, embarrassment and money and go somewhere else. You will get far better treatment and follow through.

My wife went to this place to remove a metal splinter. Clearly any human being would be able to see that a small cut was needed to get it removed, but this place took x-ray to determine that... this would be fine if they actually removed it, but no! They said they wouldnt be able to do it (after chraging - of course), explanation from the physician: We dont know whats was the path to get in. Let me ask the people that is reading this: You have a little hole in your finger and a splinter inside, from where that splinter came in under your skin? Once again... they just want your money and will give you a excuse to not treat you.

I have been going here for yrs sense my main Dr closes at weird hours. This place has always been the best alternative. If you use their online cheack in, the waiting is not that long and u can even wait at home. Also love they r open on weekends. My husband got an infection on his thumb and they handled it with lancing, and meds greatly. Even with his hand/wrist that hurt. Better then going to Er to find out he did not brake anything. In fact, I will be going here today for my soar throat. Needed hrs and saw all the bad reviews and just had to say I love this place!

Initially I enjoyed my visit, but that was short lived when they had to actually follow through on their patient care. If I am experiencing the exact side effects outlined in the prescription pamphlet and your offices advice is to continue taking the medicine with the adverse severe side effects you are crazy. My allergic reaction has gotten worse since visiting this office. Stay far away they say one thing and do another. They failed miserably and I wont be coming back.

We went in on Monday 12/26 afternoon, the front desk staff was very helpful and nice. My husband and daughter felt so bad with a respiratory infection..with fever chest congestion, etc..they were so bad. The assistent of the doctor and the doctor were amazing and nice, to the point, and got them feeling better very quickly. The environment was nice, clean, and with quick good quality service. no complaints here! Excellent place! I really recommend this place.

Absolutely love this place. I take all four of my children here for just about any illness they have. I work fulltime and cannot take off to take them to their pediatrician. My kids know most of the people there. Katoya is awesome! My kids love her. I also like the fact that you can call ahead be put on the waiting list and you can wait at home where you are more comfortable. They will then call you when your turn to be seen is approaching.
