I called to get a statin refill. When I got a call back the nurse/ practitioner was extremely condescending and rude. She said they would not call in my refill because I hadnt come every 6 months for a physical & blood work. I told her my insurance co allows 1 physical each year and I was well within that time period. Well ,tomorrow is Thanksgiving and Im without my medication. No call back , nothing. Probably not the best idea to go off medication cold turkey but its out of my hands. There will be consequences if something happens to me because of this I can assure you! And yes, I will tell everyone I know and blast this all over Towne Lake. Ridiculously careless behavior from my one and only dr. and staff. Ill certainly be searching for a new practice on Monday morning.

Dr. Gold at TLP is a very good pediatrician , he is good with my kids and takes time to listen to what I have to say . However whenever we have to see Dr. kilicous she is always misdiagnosing my kids and is very short with her examination .

I like a lot Wellstar, my toddler son go see dr Klicius and she is great, I trust her. In tbe same bilding is my doctor, dr Fakhr is amazing. I highly recommend both.
