I give them 1 star because the doctors in the place are decent. However the lady at the front desk is the WORST secretary (african american, sits at the very front desk- if anyone needs to identify her). If anyone is reading this at corporate they should realize that she turns away SO many people. She has a rude demeanor, lack of decorum, and extremely inefficient and slow. To me this is the worst combination, a cheerful disposition with inefficiency might not seem as bad. But this woman is the worst service. Period. In this day and age, there is no shortage of people willing to take on new service. And also, its 2016, if you cant have a quick turn around time (NOT spend 30 min with ONE patient scheduling an appt) then you have no place working in a fast-paced environment. Slow service might be understandable if youve got a ton of patients at one time and its hectic. BUT when theres 3 patients in the whole office and youre moving at a snails pace and snapping at them, slamming the glass window closed in their faces then its inexcusable. Youve lost another patient and will continue to lose more as long as youve got a bad attitude sitting up at the front and slow service everywhere else. My hope is that someone sees this message and something can be done to remedy this because this is unacceptable service.

If I could leave the stars blank and fill in negative signs in front of them, I think that would be a more appropriate. I hate that I had to give it even 1 star. Okay first of all, the appointment line is HORR-I-BLE! You can never get through. Secondly, When you arrive ON-TIME for a SCHEDULED appointment, the wait time is RI-DI-CU-LOUS! Thirdly, the ugly, ghetto-a## women at the front desk (*both in the doctors office & appointment office) with the bad weaves & crooked wigs have the worse attitudes...smh. On top of that, I just called to schedule an appointment with my PCP and was notified that her last day will by 07/07/2016. I was like "WTF???" She was the only reason why I was hanging on to this hell hole of a doctors office. She is a great physician, I dont blame her for leaving. She probably has had enough too, just like the patients lol. That was just the straw that broke the camels back. You know its time to bounce. #Deuces. This office did not used to be this disorganized. It seems like ever since they switch to WellStar AMC, they have went downhill. If youre reading this and are looking for a new doctors office, take my advice: keep it moving.

Horrible customer service! Got there before I was supposed to. It was my first time coming as a patient. Got a little confused with my insurance and it was getting close to my 10 min grace period and she knew why I have been waiting and told me she couldnt wait one more second and made me reschedule. I drove all the way from work which is an hour away for my appointment. When I had spoken to someone the day before that if it was ok that I came without my insurance card and they can look me up online. Now I have to reschedule because the lady didnt want to wait 1 more second and Ive been there for 20 mins! She was acting as if I was late! Just horrible customer service! And lets not get to how it took me 2 weeks to schedule an appointment because no one ever answers the phone! Let messages and no one got back to me. How are they in business with this worse of a staff.

They told me I had the flu but never did a flu test. Come to find out I had pneumonia and no one would listen to me when I told them I think a have pneumonia. Even though every six months to a year I was having pneumonia and respiratory infections. This wasnt the first time they had done that to me but It was the last. I found a new doctor. They are always giving different doctors every visit even though my primary is listed on my insurance card. Then I get a bill from them bcus the Dr they scheduled me with isnt covered by my insurance. Worst Dr office ever.

Some of the worse customer svc. Ever!! Had an appt. Only to go in and the front desk clerk say no its tomorrow same time...yup they didnt set the appt. In the system after giving me the appt. Over the phone. ...by which they never answer. Their resolution was to wait for 2hrs cause the had a cancellation... And my 17 yr old daughter doesnt want to come back because the personal was making jokes while she was being seen, on a pervious visit..made her very uncomfortable. Wont be back...

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!! I DONT KNOW WHY ATLANTA MEDICAL BROUGHT INTO THIS! SON HAS A BROKEN ANKLE, BUT CANT BE SEEN BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. I WALKED IN THE OFFICE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT NO ONE CAN SEE HIM. THE SCHEDULER IS AWFULLLLLL! I HATE THIS PLACE...P.SO. CANT GET A COPY OF HIS MEDICAL RECORDS BECAUSE THE SUPERVISOR HAD SURGERY AND NO ONE CAN DO IT!

Well Star, Morrow Ga, is the worst medical center i have ever come in contact with. The scheduling clerk can never pick your call. i believe they dont have scheduling receptionist. i dont know how come they are still in business. If there is any thing less than one star i will give them. The management should be changed. Not effective at all. When the head is bad the tail will be bad also.

The wait times are crazy. If you have an appointment for 3pm you will be there for another 3 hours. When they finally come in to see you they rush you out. I went years ago because of one doctor who was amazing, the new doctor who was taking over for her was great too, after she left I never had the same doctor once. Then my son never had the same doctor. They have gone down hill.

Its always a great experience...Dr. Allan is a jewel, she makes sure you fully understand your medical procedures and always stressing the importance of preventative care. She does it with exceptional patients and professionalism. The staff is also helpful and knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable with their level of competency. Thumbs up!

This the worst Family Clinic ever, I been trying to get some forms fax for the pass month now and they still havent sent them to my medical supplier. When I try callibg the office even they dont pick up or have the courtesy to give a call back. The staff in there is rude also lazy they jusy need a new staff cant believe they still work there.

Just completely unorganized. Worst pace to go if you are pregnant!! I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.. Tried to change doctors and it took them 3 weeks to send my records and once sent it was already to late to change Dr.. Wouldnt even give me my medical records to take to d Dr myself.

Never have a really good experience here. Besides my doctor, I can leave this place. The attitudes are always supbar--from the appointment booking line to the check in desk. The lack of customer service here is a definite turnoff. Would not recommend it.

Never gets meds right, they always forget to call it in. If i refill my insulin, they will give me insulin with no needles, smh. If its not one thing its another.
