I made my appointment over the phone and advised the rep that I was new to this insurance and wanted to establish a relationship with a pcp so I wanted to make an appointment for a physical. The rep asked me if I wanted to be tested for STDs and I said no Ive already had my annual just want to come in for a physical. The rep said Ill put you in for a checkup bc our physicals are your annuals, I have you scheduled for Dr. Honeycutt. I then asked if it would be covered at 100% and the rep said yes. Got to my appointment ten minutes early and signed I completed the paperwork and the rep at the window says Ill go over your fee once youre finished in the back. I then said there shouldnt be a fee I was told the checkups were covered at 100% she says no the physicals are I said well I asked for that but she said that was my annual and Im not due for one yet. She then says theyve hired new ppl at the call center and they are inputting things wrong but I got you fixed in the system so youre fine. OK I waited in the waiting room about 15 minutes until I was called. The lady told me she was going to take my weight and blood pressure then call me back once Dr. Wells has a room was free. In my mind Im thinking but Im here to see Dr. Honeycutt. So back to the waiting room I go. After about 10 minutes another nurse called me back and tried to take my weight and blood pressure again. I said no Ive already done that. She checked the system and said ok I see it nobody told me. I go to the room waited about 15 minutes for the doctor she comes in and introduces herself and says what brings you in today. I said Im here for a physical. She says well we dont do those on your first visit do you need your annual? At this point Im aggravated and I said no I told them I was trying to establish a relationship with a pcp and I just wanted a physical, she says they got it wrong Im not a pcp I see ppl when they are sick or need prescriptions. She then says give me a minute and walks out the room. She comes back in and says were going to cancel this appointment and not charge you. I have never had such a bad experience with a company before in my life. Needless to say when its time to renew my insurance I wont be choosing them!!

Always terribly slow. 45 minutes to get my BP checked, and then another 45 minutes to see a Dr.
