Finally, after years of owning pets and taking them to different vets, I have found a place that truly cares about your pet. Not only is Dr. Rozsa the most caring, warm and loving veterinarian you will ever meet but her staff members are exactly like her. You are always greeted warmly when you arrive and they seem genuinely happy to see you. You are also always greeted by their two "guard" cats who will quickly offer you their backs for your petting pleasure. I had a Chihuahua that hated everybody and taking her to any vet was a nightmare. But here, not only were they were able to groom her, but she actually started to become attached to the staff, especially Emily. When my Chihuahua was killed by two pitbulls, the staff did everything they could to help me get through it. I was so distraught over the incident that I suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized. They came to my house to pick up my pets body and made arrangements for her cremation. I could not have made it without their loving support. Dr Rosza truly is a vet who loves animals. She hugs and kisses my pets when they come to see her. She is so gentle with them and she clearly explains what she is doing and why, so you have a clear understanding on what is going on with your pets health. Yesterday I had to put my beloved Dalamatian down and Dr. Rosza was extremely gentle with my dog. She explained every step of the process as she was doing it and my dog went through it with no stress or anxiety. It was a peaceful passing, unlike an experience I had gone through with another vet who sent another one of my dogs into a panic attack as she was dying. Dr. Rosza and her staff are the best ever. Im luck to have found them. You can tell that Dr. Rosza truly loves animals. She even kisses and hugs my little Chihuahua. explains clearly what ailment my pet is suffering from and her recommendations.

Bayside Veterinary Hospital has been the place Ive taken my cats for over six years now. I moved to Point Loma from North Park and I needed a closer vet. Im blessed that I saw their phone number on a banner on their building.....I took my cats in for their annual shots and the next week, my cat Tiger ate something poisoned. I rushed my deathly ill cat to Dr. Rozsa. She took my cat into the back and babied and loved him for over 24 hours. The people that work there CARE about the animals. Tiger, thankfully, made it through the night and he recovered. If it werent for Dr. Rozsa and her wonderful staff my cat would have died. If you just need shots for your pet or if your pet is injured and needs help right away....take them to Bayside Vet. They are good at what they do and they love each and every animal that comes in and theyre friendly to people too.

Bayside Veterinary Hospital is one of the most caring environments you can place your pet into. I only go in a couple times a year but they always remember my dog, his name, and myself. Dr. Rosza is excellent, very upfront with your pets needs and only has their best interest at heart and the other nurses and techs have always been extremely friendly and are totally apt to offer free advice. In my experience, Bayside has always given us reasonable rates, and Ive never felt taken advantage of--ever. They also do a recommendation program where you are given credit for referring friends to them and can save something like $10-$20 on your next visit. Love this office and highly recommend to anyone in San Diego, I drive from downtown just to see them in Point Loma, and my dog is never afraid to go in.

Bayside is wonderful. We went to their office with two senior cats we loved. The office staff was warm. Medical services were excellent and costs were quite reasonable. When we had to board our cats, from time to time, they provided professional services and understanding. When it was time to let each one of our cats go, they were respectful and caring. Then we adopted a three year old cat they had living in the office. This cat has brought great comfort to us. Recently dog owners we had referred a few years ago also had to put their dog down. They had the same great experience of compassion we received. I would like to add that their dogs life was extended at least three years by the type of treatment provided! We highly recommend Bayside to all pet owners.

I have been taking my cats to Bayside Vet for a couple of years now. After making the move to San Diego from LA I was worried about finding a great vet that I could not only trust, but that I could also afford. I am so thrilled with the service and attention my cats have always received here. I recently adopted a pug puppy at 8 weeks old and it is my first time caring for a dog. I have called Bayside almost every day since bringing her home and every time I call with my questions I could have probably just googled, they take the time to educate me. I could not ask for a better and more helpful staff.

We live in Chula Vista and started out at South Bay Veterinary Hospital. We took our cat in and the Vet that we saw was Dr. Rozsa. She was a very caring person and treated our cat like she was her own. When Dr. Rozsa moved to Bayside, we and our pets followed! With traffic, sometimes in can take close to one hour to get there. I hope that she doesnt move further north, we would have to follow again. She and her entire staff are very caring and loving to the animals. We feel very Blessed to have found such a competent place to trust our pets to.

The care provided at Bayside is exceptional. The whole team is dedicated to providing outstanding vet care. My Boxer is a frequent visitor and not once did I feel like we were being taken advantage of or offered questionable services. When my dog ate a Bird of Paradise flower (yep, they are poisonous), they got him in immediately to remove it even though it was closing time. I was not charged for anything other than basic services. Thank you Bayside. I hope we dont have to come back anytime soon (other than regular checkups!)

DR. R. AND STAFF, I MOSTLY KNOW JENNIFER & ALISHA- HAVE BEEN TERRIFIC, THOROUGH, SUPPORTIVE & HELPFUL. This started when my mom rescued a litter of kittens. They worked with us on treatment and costs to take care of them. We board r little Leo kitty w/them when we travel and know he is loved at Bayside. My dachshund 14yrs. old had to be put down. Dr. R & Jennifer had a beautiful goodbye time for Molly. A forever memory. I highly recommend Bayside.

They take the time to explain why they feel certain tests/ treatment are necessary and always take the comfort and well-being of the animal into consideration. They do not push more expensive treatments and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Bayside Veterinary Hospital to anyone! We initially went there because of how close they are to our home and now feel like we won the Veterinarian lottery!!
